企业员工美德和工作投入与主观幸福感的关系

【摘要】:目的:探讨企业员工美德与主观幸福感的关系及工作投入在其关系间的中介效应。方法:通过网络问卷调查平台,在广东、浙江等省选取423名企业员工(年龄20~56岁)。采用中文长处问卷(CVQ)测量美德水平(CVQ包括亲和力、生命力和意志力3个分量表),工作投入量表(UWES)测量工作投入程度,幸福感指数(IWB)测量主观幸福感水平。运用Bootstrap法检验工作投入在美德与主观幸福感之间的中介效应。结果:CVQ的3个分量表得分均与UWES、IWB得分呈正相关(r=0.32~0.48,均P0.01),UWES得分与IWB得分呈正相关(r=0.54,P0.01)。Bootstrap检验显示,UWES得分在生命力与IWB得分之间及亲和力与IWB得分之间均起部分中介效应(中介效应为0.12、0.10,95%CI为0.07~0.18、0.04~0.15)。结论:企业员工美德与主观幸福感关系密切,工作投入在美德与主观幸福感之间起中介效应。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between employee virtue and subjective well-being and the intermediary effect of work engagement. Methods: 423 employees (20 ~ 56 years old) were selected from Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces through a questionnaire survey platform. The Chinese merit questionnaire (CVQ) was used to measure the level of virtue (CVQ included affinity, vitality and willpower), the work engagement scale (UWES) was used to measure the degree of work engagement, and the well-being index (IWB) was used to measure the level of subjective well-being. Bootstrap method was used to examine the mediating effect of work involvement between virtue and subjective well-being. Results: the scores of three subscales of CVQ were positively correlated with UWES,IWB scores (r = 0.32 卤0.48), and the scores of), UWES and IWB were positively correlated (r = 0.54 / P 0.01).
