上海创新功能空间的等级体系研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of urban innovation ability, scientific and technological innovation plays a more and more important role in the competition of urban development and urban comprehensive strength. The competition between modern cities or regions has become the competition of innovation strength to a great extent. Innovative function has become an important agent to promote the development of urban economy and the improvement of comprehensive strength. As the city with the strongest economic strength and competitiveness, Shanghai has established the goal of building a global scientific and technological innovation center and even a global city by 2040, which provides an opportunity for the development and expansion of innovative functions. It also provides an innovative platform for the realization of regional collaborative innovation. Throughout London, Tokyo and New York, the function of innovation plays an irreplaceable role in the promotion of the city's comprehensive strength and economic influence. The division of urban function system can make cities or regions more clearly aware of their own advantages and disadvantages, professional and potential, which is conducive to the city in the innovative development of conscious help to the weak, That is to say, in the advantage region, we should give full play to our own specialization advantage, optimize the allocation of resources in the weak region, carry out the reform and development consciously, and realize the development of the urban synergy and innovation integration. With the help of the theories of urban innovation function and urban spatial grade diffusion, this paper studies and demonstrates the existence of urban innovation function in space, and discusses the basic contents and indicators of urban innovation activity and innovation economy. The hierarchical system of innovation function space in Shanghai is constructed, and the level system of innovation function space in three major cities, namely, central intelligence area, innovation growing area and Zhongchuang space area, is identified horizontally. The results show that although Shanghai has a strong innovation momentum, it still needs to be improved and improved as the main innovative function city in the world, and it will take some time to achieve the goal of the global science and technology center. On the whole, the trend of polarization in Shanghai's innovation function is shrinking, that is, the trend of stronger and weaker regions is being effectively alleviated. In addition to the central urban areas within the inner ring line and Zhangjiang Town, Jinqiao Town, and so on, which have gathered high-end innovative talents and high innovation income, in the edge areas outside the inner ring line and in the coastal areas of the port, Jiading, Songjiang, Some industrial zones, such as Jinshan, have a strong momentum of regional innovation. In particular, after the establishment of the Free Trade area, the innovation efficiency of Gaodong Township, Cao Lu Town, has been greatly improved, and some top-level talents at home and abroad have been gathered together. These regions use their own advantages of professional technology, innovative resources have been effectively allocated, innovation potential is great, tomorrow's "innovation star" is being cultivated here. With the national strategy of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", innovation and entrepreneurship has become the trend of the development of urban innovation function in the new period. It plays an important role in the improvement of urban innovation ability, the cultivation of elite talents and the realization of regional innovation and development strategy.
