定性研究:本质特征与方法论意义

【摘要】：定性研究方式具有"到实地、到现场,重情景、重关联,重意义、重主观"等基本特征,为我们提供认识世界的另一种视角,是定性研究方式最重要的方法论意义。定性研究所能给予我们的是定量研究所不能提供的知识和对特定社会现象的理解。研究者是采用定性研究方式或是定量研究方式,其决定因素既不是研究者个人的喜好,也不是研究者的知识背景或方法训练,而是研究问题的性质和研究的目标。
[Abstract]:Qualitative research has the basic characteristics of "to the field, to the spot, to the scene, to the situation, to relevance, to meaning, to subjectivity", which provides us with another angle of view to understand the world, and is the most important methodological significance of qualitative research. Qualitative research can give us knowledge and understanding of specific social phenomena that quantitative research cannot provide. The determinants of qualitative or quantitative research are neither the individual preferences nor the knowledge background or method training of the researchers, but the nature of the problem and the goal of the research.
