单亲儿童的社交力与社会工作介入研究

【摘要】:儿童是国家的未来,而单亲数量攀升带来的儿童发展问题不容忽视。日前,教育部联合其他八部委发布的《关于防治中小学生欺凌和暴力的指导意见》后,央视记者对177位参与校园暴力的学生开展的调查中,有四分之一学生来自单亲家庭。本研究基于对某直辖市431位单亲和544位双亲家庭儿童的调查,用AMOS软件进行结构方程模型分析,分析微观环境系统(包括家庭、学校、朋辈和社区)中社会关系对儿童社交力的影响。研究表明,在单亲家庭中,家庭系统中的亲子关系、隔代关系,学校系统中的师生关系和朋辈关系对儿童的社交力影响显著。根据《关于加强社会工作专业人才队伍建设的意见》,本研究提出社会工作对单亲家庭儿童社交力提升的介入策略,具有重要的实践和政策意义。
[Abstract]:Children are the future of our country, and the problem of children's development brought by the rising number of single parents can not be ignored. A few days ago, after the Ministry of Education and eight other ministries issued guidelines on preventing bullying and violence among primary and secondary school students, 1/4 of the 177 students involved in school violence were surveyed by CCTV reporters, with 1/4 students coming from single-parent families. Based on a survey of 431 children from single-parent and 544 two-parent families in a municipality directly under the Central Government, structural equation model analysis was carried out with AMOS software to analyze microenvironmental systems (including family, school, school). The influence of social relations on children's social ability in peer and community. In single-parent families, parent-child relationships, intergenerational relationships, teacher-student relationships and peer relationships in the school system have significant effects on children's social ability. According to the opinions on strengthening the construction of social work professionals, this study puts forward the intervention strategy of social work for children in single-parent families, which has important practical and policy significance.
