积极的“延伸交往”对群体间态度的影响研究

【摘要】："延伸交往"从崭新的维度丰富了群体间交往中"交往"这一核心概念的内涵和外延。直接交往并非人们形成或强化对外群体态度的唯一途径。通过"延伸交往"这种群体间交往的间接方式也能够形成、强化对外群体的态度。本文对"延伸交往"研究的新议题和新动向进行考察,运用减少焦虑/不确定性理论、意见气候的概念、沉默螺旋理论剖析延伸交往如何影响人们的群体间态度,在多层面的社会语境中探讨跨文化人际交往中延伸交往研究的现实意义,为群体间交往的研究范式拓展出新的讨论空间。
[Abstract]:"extended communication" enriches the connotation and extension of the core concept of "communication" in inter-group communication from a brand-new dimension. Direct communication is not the only way for people to form or strengthen attitudes towards foreign groups. Through "extended communication", the indirect way of communication between groups can also be formed to strengthen the attitude of foreign groups. This paper investigates the new issues and trends in the study of "extended communication", using the theory of reducing anxiety / uncertainty, the concept of opinion climate, and the theory of silence helix to analyze how extended communication affects people's attitudes among groups. This paper explores the practical significance of the study of extended communication in cross-cultural interpersonal communication in the multi-level social context, and opens up a new discussion space for the research paradigm of inter-group communication.
