构建“立体式大社科”管理体系研究

【摘要】：立足于哲学社会科学发展的现实状况,从系统科学的视角出发,根据集合效应、整体性、最优化、互动性、全过程动态管理等观点,可构建"4+1"式的"立体式大社科"管理体系。这个管理体系融"大社科"和"立体式"于一体,由4个子系统及1个配套系统构成,是理论与实际工作相结合的管理体系。其中,目标子系统是导向,结构子系统是核心,支撑子系统是关键,基础子系统是动力,配套系统是一个有效的流程。在"立体式大社科"管理体系的运行保障上,需要积极探索和有效运用规律,使制度更加成熟更加定型,并完善工作保障。
[Abstract]:Based on the reality of the development of philosophy and social sciences, from the perspective of system science, according to the collective effect, integrity, optimization, interaction, dynamic management of the whole process, and so on, Can construct "4 1" style "three-dimensional social science" management system. This management system integrates "big social science" and "three-dimensional". It is composed of four subsystems and one supporting system. It is a management system which combines theoretical and practical work. Among them, the target subsystem is the guide, the structure subsystem is the core, the support subsystem is the key, the basic subsystem is the power, and the supporting system is an effective process. In the operation guarantee of the management system of "three-dimensional social science", it is necessary to actively explore and effectively apply the law to make the system more mature and stereotyped, and to perfect the work security.
