【摘要】： 《能言善辩的农民》是古代埃及保存下来的篇幅最长，内容最完整的为数不多的几篇文献之一。该文献语言精美，辞藻华丽，技巧娴熟，是古代埃及文学的经典之作。另外，该文献涉猎领域广泛，是研究古埃及中王国时代政治、经济、宗教及社会状况的一篇十分重要的文献。本文的任务即以古埃及的原始文献为基础，尽可能地借鉴和吸收西方学者的研究成果，就该文献的语言及内容等方面，进行深入而具体地探讨和分析，以填补国内学界在该领域研究的不足。全文共由五章组成。第一章：文献翻译。笔者根据最新的国际上通行的古埃及语“正字法”规则，对文献进行了较为准确的拉丁化转译和较为通顺流畅的汉语译文，并对文献中出现的专有名词进行了详细地解释。第二章：语言与文学。一、对文献中使用的语言技巧，进行了深入地分析。二、对作品中塑造的人物形象进行了探讨。三、笔者结合文学研究领域中经常使用的几个概念，，对该作品的文体特征进行了多角度的讨论和阐述。第三章：法律思想阐释。对该文献所反映的法律背景，诸如法律、审判场所、法律权威、象征性的法律行为等进行了分析和阐述，并对古代埃及的司法程序，诸如申诉书、控诉、调查、判决等进行了探讨，还就该文献中所反映的法官的职责进行了分析。第四章：历史背景解读。一、笔者对该文献创作的年代进行了探讨，指出该作品创作于中王国时代第12王朝晚期，但作品却以过去的历史时期(即第一中间期的赫拉克利奥坡里斯王国)为背景。二、对该文献所反映的经济和政治状况进行了分析。三、对该文献所反映的古代埃及人的宗教和伦理(道德)观念进行了探讨。第五章：评价——代结语。该文献歌颂了古埃及人民对探寻真理、崇尚正义的美好追求，表达了古埃及人民对政治腐败、社会黑暗的谴责和痛恨。同时，该文献通过对国王坚持真理，捍卫正义的行为的塑造，从而达到了为统治阶级歌功颂德的政治目的。古埃及人民对社会正义、为政清廉的呼唤和期待，以及对探寻真理、崇尚正义的美好追求，对于我们生活在今天的现代人仍具有振聋发喷的意义。
[Abstract]:The eloquent Peasant is one of the few documents in ancient Egypt which has the longest length and the most complete content. It is a masterpiece of ancient Egyptian literature with exquisite language, magnificent rhetoric and skillful skills. It is a very important document on the political, economic, religious and social conditions of the Middle Kingdom of ancient Egypt. The task of this paper is based on the original documents of ancient Egypt. This paper tries to draw lessons from and absorb the research achievements of western scholars as far as possible, and makes a thorough and concrete discussion and analysis on the language and content of the literature in order to fill the deficiency of the domestic academic research in this field. The full text consists of five chapters. Chapter 1: literature translation. According to the latest rules of the ancient Egyptian orthography, the author makes a more accurate Latin translation and a more smooth and smooth Chinese translation. The proper nouns appearing in the literature are explained in detail. The second chapter: language and literature. First, the use of language skills in literature, in-depth analysis. Second, the creation of characters in the works were discussed. Third, the author combined with the literary research field often used several concepts, The stylistic features of the work are discussed and elaborated from various angles. Chapter III: interpretation of legal thought. This paper analyzes and expounds the legal background, such as the law, the place of trial, the legal authority, the symbolic legal act, and so on, and gives an account of the judicial procedures in ancient Egypt, such as the petition, Complaints, investigations and judgments are discussed, and the duties of judges as reflected in the literature are also analyzed. Chapter four: historical background interpretation. First, the author discusses the time of the literature creation, and points out that the work was created in the late 12th Dynasty of the Middle Kingdom. However, the work is set in the historical period of the past (the first intermediate period, the kingdom of Heraclio Polis). Secondly, the economic and political situation reflected in the document is analyzed. The religious and ethical (moral) concepts of ancient Egyptians reflected in this document are discussed. Chapter V: evaluation-the conclusion of the generation. This document eulogizes the people of ancient Egypt for seeking truth and advocating the good pursuit of justice, and expresses the ancient Egyptian people's condemnation of political corruption and the darkness of society.
