卡斯尔雷的大陆之行与反法大同盟的最终建立

【摘要】：法国大革命和拿破仑战争彻底打破了威斯特伐里亚体系,导致了国际体系的大变革。当时欧洲各大国都不得不调整思路,寻求"与时俱进"的外交策略。在这方面,英国是杰出的代表。时任英国外交大臣的卡斯尔雷在反对拿破仑的侵略战争中积极组织反法同盟,协调盟国间的关系,为最终战胜拿破仑做出了巨大的贡献。本文试图论述的是卡斯尔雷主导了反法大同盟的建立,并且为奠定战后欧洲新秩序做出了卓越贡献。
[Abstract]:The French Revolution and Napoleon War completely broke the Westphalia system, leading to great changes in the international system.At that time, European powers had to adjust their thinking and seek a diplomatic strategy of keeping pace with the times.Britain is an outstanding representative in this respect.Casley, then British Foreign Secretary, actively organized the anti-French alliance and coordinated the relations between the allies in the war of aggression against Napoleon, and made a great contribution to the final victory over Napoleon.This paper attempts to discuss that Carr 茅 led the establishment of the anti-French alliance and made outstanding contributions to the establishment of a new postwar European order.
