【摘要】：明治宪法在日本近代史上占有极其重要的地位,战后日本右翼势力一直谋求废除的现行和平宪法,就是在明治宪法的基础上制定的。因此研究明治宪法的相关内容也显得重要了起来。被称为“明治宪法之父”的伊藤博文对明治宪法的影响可谓是无人能及,甚至可以说,明治宪法最大限度的体现了伊藤博文宪政思想。本文以伊藤博文的宪政思想为中心,通过对伊藤博文宪政思想变化的探究,着重弄清三个问题,即伊藤博文思想转变的背景;伊藤博文宪政思想萌芽的原动力;伊藤博文对外来思想吸收的选择理念。同时通过对伊藤博文宪政思想构成因素的分析,试着探明伊藤博文宪政思想对明治宪法的影响、明治宪法中协调东西文化的独特性以及明治宪法的强大韧性。除序言外,文章具体分为以下四个部分:第一部分为伊藤博文的宪政思想初构,主要分析伊藤博文宪政思想中皇国主义思想的起源以及伊藤博文对外来宪政思想的吸收。第二部分为伊藤博文的宪政思想修缮,包含伊藤博文的宪政道路抉择和为确保宪政顺利实行而做的准备及在宪政准备过程中宪政思想的演变。第三部分为伊藤博文的宪政思想体现,着重从国体意识、政权组织及政党理念三方面来阐释伊藤博文的宪政思想。第四部分为文章的结语部分,本部分将对伊藤博文宪政思想在不同阶段的体现加以描述并对其宪政思想做一简单评析。
[Abstract]:The Meiji Constitution plays an extremely important role in Japan's recent history. The existing peace constitution, which the Japanese right-wing forces have been seeking to abolish, was formulated on the basis of the Meiji Constitution.Therefore, it is important to study the relevant contents of Meiji Constitution.Known as the "father of the Meiji Constitution", Ito's influence on the Meiji Constitution can be said to be unparalleled, and it can even be said that the Meiji Constitution embodies Ito's constitutional thought to the greatest extent.Taking Ito's constitutional thought as the center, this paper explores the change of Ito's constitutional thought, and makes clear three problems, namely, the background of Ito's thought transformation, the motive force of Ito's constitutional thought germination, and the research of Ito's constitutional thought.Ito's choice of foreign ideas.At the same time, through the analysis of the constituent factors of Ito's constitutional thought, this paper tries to find out the influence of Ito's constitutional thought on the Meiji constitution, the uniqueness of coordinating the east and west culture in the Meiji constitution and the strong tenacity of the Meiji constitutionIn addition to the preface, the article is divided into the following four parts: the first part is the initial constitution of Ito Po-wen 's constitutional thought, mainly analyzes the origin of the imperial nationalism thought in Itoi's constitutional thought and Ito's absorption of the foreign constitutional thought.The second part is the renovation of Ito's constitutional thought, including Ito's constitutional road choice, the preparation to ensure the smooth implementation of constitutionalism and the evolution of constitutional thought in the process of constitutional preparation.The third part is the embodiment of Ito Po-wen 's constitutional thought, focusing on explaining Ito's constitutional thought from three aspects: the consciousness of state system, the organization of political power and the idea of political party.The fourth part is the conclusion of the article, this part will describe Ito Bowen's constitutional thought in different stages and make a simple comment on it.
