青岛日侨的学校教育(1914~1945年)

【摘要】:本文以日本对日侨子弟的学校教育为中心,比较完整地复原了日本在青岛学校教育活动的历史。从日本在青岛的势力膨胀、日侨在青岛的活动情况、日本国家教育体制等方面展开,探讨日本在青岛期间(1914-1945)对日侨子弟教育活动的背景与办学规模、海外教育的历史渊源与战略意图、教育活动、特征及其产生的一系列影响。 日本曾两次占领青岛(1914~1922,1938~1945),在这期间,日本当局为在青的日侨子弟兴办了具有相当规模的初、中级学校,日本的一系列教育活动,跟其国家的发展战略是分不开的。1914年底,日本取代德国控制了青岛,建立了军政合一的统治机构—守备军司令部,守备军司令部下设学务系,管理设在青岛的日本学校和为中国人设立的学校。1922年中国收回青岛主权后,日侨学校由原来守备军司令部的管制转到日本居留民团的管制之下,青岛日本居留民团对日侨学校的管理忠实地贯彻了国家的战略意图和教育方针,这期间日侨学校教育在日本国家教育体制的框架下,在日本势力的大力支持下快速发展,学校规模、办学条件、课程设置都体现出近代教育的特征,同时具有日本军国教育的特征。1938年日本第二次占领青岛,日侨再次涌入,学龄儿童进一步增多,青岛的日侨学校也有了更大的发展。这时期战时教育体制的形成,学校成为日本占领当局的服务基地,校舍成为驻军地、军用物资储备地、后勤劳作地等,学生成为军政当局的侵略战争后备军,学校的基本教学功能几乎丧失殆尽。 本文基于档案资料和其他史料通过对青岛日侨教育的考察,并结合与上海、大连的比较,在复原历史的同时,揭示日本海外教育的特征及其在日本国家教育中的历史地位。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the Japanese school education for the children of Japanese overseas Chinese, and restores the history of Japanese school education activities in Qingdao.From the aspects of the expansion of Japan's power in Qingdao, the activities of Japanese overseas Chinese in Qingdao, and the Japanese national education system, this paper discusses the background and scale of the educational activities for the children of Japanese overseas Chinese during Japan's stay in Qingdao.The historical origin and strategic intention, educational activities, characteristics and a series of influences of overseas education.The Japanese occupation of Qingdao on two occasions was 1914, 1922, 1938, 1938, 1955, and during this period, the Japanese authorities set up a fairly large number of elementary, intermediate schools for the children of Japanese overseas Chinese in Qingqing, and a series of educational activities in Japan were inseparable from the development strategy of their country. At the end of 1914,In place of Germany, Japan took control of Qingdao and established the military and administrative unity of the military and government, the garrison army headquarters, under which there was a department of academic affairs, which managed the Japanese schools in Qingdao and schools for the Chinese people. After China regained sovereignty over Qingdao in 1922,The Japanese overseas Chinese school was transferred from the control of the original garrison headquarters to the control of the Japanese residence militia, and the management of the Japanese resident militia in Qingdao faithfully carried out the country's strategic intention and educational policy.During this period, under the framework of the Japanese national education system and with the strong support of Japanese forces, school education for Japanese overseas Chinese developed rapidly. The scale of the school, the conditions for running a school, and the curriculum offered all reflected the characteristics of modern education.At the same time, it has the characteristics of Japanese military education. In 1938, when Japan occupied Qingdao for the second time, the Japanese oversea came in again, the school-age children increased further, and the Japanese overseas Chinese schools in Qingdao also developed more.In this period, when the wartime education system was formed, the schools became the service bases of the Japanese occupation authorities, the school buildings became the garrison sites, the military stores, the logistic work areas, and so on, and the students became the military and political authorities' reserve troops for the war of aggression.The basic teaching function of the school is almost lost.Based on the archival data and other historical data, this paper investigates the education of Japanese overseas Chinese in Qingdao and compares it with Shanghai and Dalian to reveal the characteristics of Japan's overseas education and its historical position in Japanese national education while restoring its history.
