卡扎菲式理想主义政治研究

【摘要】：本文旨在讨论利比亚领导人卡扎菲自1969上台以来实行的具有卡扎菲特色的理想主义政治,包括其形成原因、内容及成绩与不足,重点分析了卡扎菲理想主义政治的不足之处。卡扎菲理想主义政治形成原因主要包括以下几个方面：艰苦的环境和独立特行的个性；伊斯兰教思想的熏陶和阿拉伯英雄历史观的激励；纳赛尔主义的影响。卡扎菲理想主义政治体现在对内和对外两个方面。在国内,卡扎菲相继推出“世界第三理论”和《绿皮书》,建立了独具特色的利比亚社会主义国家。在对外关系上,“强人”政治具有浓厚的理想色彩,“领袖梦”和“统一情”是贯穿于其外交实践的一条主线。统治前30年,他对美国等西方国家的强硬政策体现了其外交中的理想主义作风,后期政策向务实转变也并未表明卡扎菲已放弃自己的一贯风格。卡扎菲执政41年期间,利比亚经济繁荣、社会发展,他在改善国计民生方面取得了一定的成效。利比亚发生骚乱后,在短短的时间里,卡扎菲政权陷入孤立无援、危机四伏的处境,这充分反映出卡扎菲理想主义政治的局限性与不足。本文从辩证唯物主义的角度出发,一分为二地评析卡扎菲理想主义政治,首先肯定其成绩,继而详细分析了卡扎菲式理想主义政治存在的不足。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to discuss the idealistic politics that Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi has carried out since he came to power in 1969, including the causes, contents, achievements and shortcomings of his idealistic politics, and analyzes emphatically the shortcomings of his idealistic politics.The reasons for the formation of Qaddafi's idealistic politics mainly include the following aspects: the hard environment and independent personality, the influence of the influence of Nasser ism, the influence of the influence of Nasser ism, the edification of the Islamic thought and the inspiration of the Arab hero's view of history.Gadhafi's idealistic politics is both internal and external.At home, Gaddafi has launched the "third Theory of the World" and the Green Paper, to establish a unique socialist country in Libya.In foreign relations, "strongman" politics has a strong ideal color, "leader dream" and "unity" is a main line running through its diplomatic practice.His hardline policies towards the United States and other Western countries in his first 30 years of rule reflected his idealistic style of diplomacy, and the shift in policy towards pragmatism did not show that Gaddafi had given up on his usual style.During Gaddafi's 41 years in power, Libya's economic prosperity and social development, he has made some progress in improving the national economy and people's livelihood.After the riots in Libya, in a short period of time, Gaddafi's regime fell into a situation of isolation and crisis, which fully reflects the limitations and shortcomings of Gaddafi's idealistic politics.From the angle of dialectical materialism, this paper analyzes Gadhafi's idealistic politics in two parts, first affirms his achievements, and then analyzes in detail the shortcomings of Gadhafi's idealistic politics.
