【摘要】：民生问题是一个世界性难题,它关系到各国民众生存状态的改善,发展空间的拓展和基本权益的保障,重视民生,改善民生,保障民生,解决民众在衣、食、住、行、就医和养老方面的基本需求,不仅是各国政府的职责之所在,也是实现经济健康发展和社会安定和谐的必要条件。在诸多民生问题中,住房问题同温饱问题一样重要。由于历史性、结构性和变迁性的种种原因,很多发展中国家的住房问题都没有解决好,而且,问题越来越严重,其负面影响越来越大,值得人们去深入研究,以求找出解决问题的办法。本文以埃及住房问题作为研究对象,论文共分为三章：第一章全面介绍20世纪60-80年代埃及住房问题的现状及其特点。第二章主要分析20世纪60-80年代埃及住房问题产生的原因。其中第一节从政治层面分析了埃及政府在解决住房问题过程中所起的作用；第二节从经济层面分析了导致产生住房问题的因素,如贫富差距悬殊、收入分配不均、土价地价攀升、建筑成本和人工费用增高等；第三节分析了导致住房建设速度放缓的现实层面因素,如城市化进程导致人口数量激增,政局动荡不安等。在第三章中,我以城市社会学中的社会文化特征理论作为指导,分析了埃及住房问题对社会稳定的影响,认为如不妥善解决住房问题,将会导致埃及社会凝聚力下降,居民社会期望心理受挫,低收入群体产生边缘化心理,最终直接导致犯罪率上升,破坏社会的稳定。结语部分简述了当代埃及住房问题的特点和解决对策,并试图为解决中国的住房问题找到一些可供借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:The issue of people's livelihood is a worldwide problem. It relates to the improvement of the living conditions of the people of various countries, the expansion of the space for development and the protection of basic rights and interests, attaches importance to the people's livelihood, improves the people's livelihood, guarantees the people's livelihood, and solves the problem of people's clothing, food, housing, and transportation. The basic needs of medical and old-age care are not only the responsibilities of governments, but also the necessary conditions for the healthy development of economy and social stability and harmony. Among many livelihood problems, housing is as important as food and clothing. For a variety of historical, structural and changing reasons, the housing problem in many developing countries has not been solved well. Moreover, the problem is getting more and more serious and its negative impact is becoming more and more serious, and it is worthy of further study. To find a solution to the problem. This paper takes the housing problem of Egypt as the research object. The thesis is divided into three chapters: the first chapter introduces the current situation and characteristics of the housing problem in Egypt in the 1960s and 1980s. The second chapter mainly analyzes the causes of the housing problem in Egypt in the 1960-80's. The first section analyses the role played by the Egyptian Government in solving the housing problem at the political level, and the second section analyses the factors leading to the housing problem at the economic level, such as the disparity between the rich and the poor and the uneven distribution of income. The third section analyzes the factors that lead to the slowdown of housing construction, such as the rapid increase of population, political instability and so on. In the third chapter, guided by the theory of sociocultural characteristics in urban sociology, I analyze the impact of the housing problem on social stability in Egypt, and think that if the housing problem is not properly solved, it will lead to the decline of social cohesion in Egypt. The frustration of the residents' social expectation and the marginalization of the low income groups lead to the rise of the crime rate and the stability of the society. The conclusion part briefly describes the characteristics and solutions of the housing problems in contemporary Egypt, and tries to find some experiences to be used for reference in solving the housing problems in China.
