【摘要】：正日本是一个自然灾害频发的国家,在其历史发展过程中,应对灾害是一个永恒的课题。灾害研究是日本自然科学领域与人文社会科学领域都殊为关注的重要课题之一。尤其是2011年3月11日,日本关东地区发生东日本大震灾,大地震及震后大海啸造成的惨烈受灾状况,让人类深刻感受到自然的威力。而其后发生的福岛县核电站核泄漏事故,更使人们思考灾害中自然的、社会的和人为的诸要素之间的关联。北原糸子主编的《日本灾害史》,是一部通史类的学术性著作,问世于2006年,由以出版学术性著作著称的吉川弘文馆出版。至今数次再印,尤其是2011年东日本大震灾之后的一年多时间里即被重印两次。这既折射出当今日本
[Abstract]:Japan is a country with frequent natural disasters. In the course of its historical development, dealing with disasters is an eternal subject. Disaster research is one of the most important topics in the field of natural science and humanities and social sciences in Japan. Especially on March 11, 2011, the disaster of East Japan occurred in Kanto region of Japan, and the disaster caused by the earthquake and tsunami after the earthquake made human beings feel the power of nature deeply. The subsequent nuclear accident at Fukushima nuclear power station made people think about the relationship between natural, social and man-made elements in disasters. The History of disasters in Japan, edited by Iizi Kitahara, is an academic book of general history. It was published in 2006 by the Yoshikawa Hongwen Museum, which is famous for its scholarly works. It has been reprinted several times, especially twice in the more than a year since the 2011 East Japan earthquake. This is a reflection of today's Japan.
