【摘要】：1909年"海军恐慌"给英国自由党政府造成了极大的政治压力,迫使其暂停削减海军军费以进行社会改革的政策,尽量满足海军的造舰需求。在"海军恐慌"的刺激下,英德海军谈判无果而终,英国海军的备战工作大大加速。
[Abstract]:The "Navy panic" in 1909 caused great political pressure to the British Liberal government, forcing it to suspend the policy of reducing naval expenditure to carry out social reform, and to satisfy the Navy's shipbuilding demand as much as possible. Spurred by naval panic, the Anglo-German naval negotiations ended, and British naval preparations accelerated.
