【摘要】：在中古盛期的英国,"市场"概念具有丰富而深刻的内涵。就经济维度而言,市场是一种发育尚不成熟的商品交易场所,是封建社会中商品经济和自然经济对立统一下的经济混合体。就法权维度来看,市场是一项法律特权,是普通法形成和领主法权参与的共同结果。就人为因素而言,市场是国王和领主获得经济利益和满足政治需求的一种互利工具。这表明,中古盛期英国市场其实是一种"特许"市场。
[Abstract]:In the middle-ancient England, the concept of "market" has a rich and profound connotation. As far as economic dimension is concerned, market is a kind of immature commodity trading place, which is a mixture of commodity economy and natural economy under the unity of opposites in feudal society. From the perspective of legal power, the market is a legal privilege and a common result of the formation of common law and the participation of the lord. In human terms, the market is a mutually beneficial tool for the king and lord to obtain economic benefits and meet political needs. This shows that the British market in the Middle Ages was actually a "franchise" market.
