铭文史料之新贡献——从《查士丁尼二世“赠礼”法令》碑文谈起

【摘要】：查士丁尼二世"赠礼"法令是研究7世纪末至8世纪初拜占庭帝国外交政策、宗教态度、管理模式、社会变化等方面极为珍贵的第一手文献。虽然目前国外学界已出版了该法令的诸多校勘本和译本,中文文本也由笔者据希腊文和英文译出,但是对其价值的研究学界还尚未展开,故本文拟以该法令的具体内容为基础,进一步探讨其历史价值,以期对学界关于铭文和法令的研究有所启发。
[Abstract]:The Act of Gift of Justinian II is a valuable first hand document in the study of Byzantine Empire's foreign policy, religious attitude, management model and social change from the end of the 7th century to the beginning of the eighth century. Although the scholars abroad have published many revised versions and translations of the decree, the Chinese text has also been translated by the author in Greek and English, but the study of its value has not yet been carried out, so this paper intends to base on the specific contents of the decree. Further explore its historical value in order to enlighten the academic research on inscriptions and decrees.
