论德意志联邦共和国的建国

【摘要】：德国在1945年的无条件投降是德国重建的起点。经过了三年与苏联的讨价还价之后,美国终于决定另起炉灶,单独建立一个由西方占领区联合起来的联邦制德国。西方占领区的德国人在经过一番讨论之后接受了这个决定。自1948年9月起,经过一年的努力,西方占领区制定并通过了《基本法》,还成功地举行了第一次大选。文章试图从建国起点、制宪过程和第一次大选三个方面论述联邦德国的建国历程。
[Abstract]:Germany's unconditional surrender in 1945 was the starting point for its reconstruction. After three years of bargaining with the Soviet Union, the United States finally decided to set up a separate federal Germany, United by Western occupation. The Germans in the Western occupied territories accepted the decision after some discussion. Since September 1948, after a year of hard work, the Western occupied territories enacted and passed the basic Law, and successfully held the first general election. This paper attempts to discuss the history of the founding of the Federal Republic of Germany from three aspects: the starting point of the founding of the country, the constitution-making process and the first general election.
