论俄国在第一次世界大战前的军事结盟政策

【摘要】：第一次世界大战爆发前,俄国在确定自己的结盟政策时的权重是国家利益,但在是与德国结盟还是与英国结盟的抉择上长期摇摆不定。欧洲政治格局的演变以及巴尔干危机、日俄战争等事件的频繁发生,最终导致俄国、法国和英国这三个最不可能成为盟友的国家建立了协约关系,欧洲的国际战略格局也由多极变成了两极。萨拉热窝事件后,两大军事集团互不相让,欧洲的战争火药库终于被点燃。
[Abstract]:Before the outbreak of World War I, Russia's weight in determining its policy of alliance was in the national interest, but the choice of an alliance with Germany or with Britain had long been uncertain. The evolution of the political structure in Europe and the frequent occurrence of the Balkan crisis and the Japan-Russian war resulted in the establishment of a treaty between Russia, France and Britain, the three least likely allies, Europe's international strategic pattern has also changed from multi-polarity to two poles. After the Sarajevo incident, the two military blocs were at loggerheads, and Europe's war powder depots were finally ignited.
