娱乐媒介对积极情绪的激发效应及机制探讨

【摘要】:已有研究表明,长期的压力能够对生理和心理上的健康造成损害。然而,通过压力管理,可以将压力对生理和心理健康的危害降低。最近的证据显示在压力的生活事件中,积极情绪(例如幸福,愉悦)有利于应对压力。更进一步来说,每日的积极情绪随着时间的推移能够积累从而建立一系列的重要个人资源。既然如此,积极情绪对降低生理和心理压力造成直接和间接的作用。对于缓解压力和消极情绪,娱乐媒介是一种大有可为的干预方法,相对于传统的干预手段,娱乐媒介更方便和廉价。本研究的论点在于娱乐媒介能够引发积极情绪。关注的焦点在积极情绪和减少压力的关系。本研究采用实验组控制组前后测设计和重复测量实验设计,共分为四个组:喜剧组,励志组,自然组和控制组。喜剧组被试观看喜剧类视频,励志组被试观看励志类视频,自然组被试观看自然类视频,控制组被试不观看视频。实验干预期间,给予被试连续五天的视频干预,每天定时观看五分钟的视频。在实验干预前,所有被试接受前测问卷,在实验干预后的1-3天内,所有被试接受第一次后测问卷,在实验干预后的10-12天内,所有被试接受第二次后测问卷。根据以上研究,可得以下结论:(1)干预中,喜剧组被试相对于励志组和自然组被试报告感受到更多的希望感;励志组被试相对于喜剧组和自然组被试报告感受到更多的希望感;自然组被试相对于喜剧组和励志组被试报告感受到更多的平静感。可以理解为不同类型的媒介内容能激发不同的积极情绪;在干预后,励志组被试报告的希望感持续一段时间。(2)在干预后,励志组比喜剧组和自然组报告更多的社会支持。(3)励志组的努力程度显著高于自然组和控制组,喜剧组,励志组和自然组的目标达成程度显著高于控制组。可以理解为观看励志视频能够引发观看者更多的努力,而观看喜剧视频、励志视频和自然视频的被试相对于不看视频的被试更多的达成目标。(4)在干预中,励志组被试产生更强烈的希望感,带来更强烈的目标趋向动机,这种动机在干预后,使被试对目标产生更多的努力,带来更多的目标达成。(5)希望感会直接影响着目标达成,而趋向动机在这两者中存在中介作用。(6)励志组被试观看的主角讨人喜欢,并最终实现目标。这将对被试的自我效能感产生积极的影响。而这又能预测被试追求目标的行为和付出努力的程度。(7)从动机的角度来看,在干预过程中,励志组比喜剧组和自然组存在更低的脱离动机。(8)在干预中,励志组和喜剧组的视频干预能够显著降低被试感知的压力水平。
[Abstract]:Studies have shown that long-term stress can cause physical and mental health damage. However, through stress management. Stress can be reduced to physical and mental health hazards. Recent evidence suggests that positive emotions (such as happiness, pleasure) contribute to coping with stress in stressful life events. Daily positive emotions can accumulate over time to build up a series of important personal resources. Positive emotion has direct and indirect effect on reducing physical and psychological pressure. Entertainment media is a promising intervention method for relieving stress and negative emotion, compared with traditional intervention method. Entertainment media is more convenient and cheaper. The argument of this study is that entertainment media can induce positive emotions. The focus of attention is on the relationship between positive emotions and stress reduction. Measurement experiment design. The comedy group was divided into four groups: comedy group, motivational group, nature group and control group. Comedy group subjects watched comedy video, motivational group subjects watched motivational video, natural group subjects watched nature video. The control group did not watch video. During the experimental intervention, the subjects were given five consecutive days of video intervention, and five minutes of video were regularly watched every day. Before the intervention, all the subjects received a pre-test questionnaire. Within 1-3 days after the intervention, all the subjects received the first post-test questionnaire, and within 10-12 days after the intervention, all the subjects received the second post-test questionnaire. We can draw the following conclusion: 1) in the intervention, the comedy group felt more hope than the inspirational group and the natural group; The motivational group felt more hope than the comedy group and the natural group. Compared with the comedy group and the inspirational group, the subjects in the natural group felt more calm than those in the comedy group and the inspirational group, which can be understood as that different types of media can stimulate different positive emotions. After intervention, the motivational group reported a sense of hope that lasted for a period of time. Motivational group reported more social support than comedy group and nature group.) the effort of motivational group was significantly higher than that of natural group and control group, comedy group. Motivational group and nature group achieved significantly higher goals than the control group. It can be understood that watching inspirational video can trigger more effort of the viewer, while watching comedy video. Motivational video and natural video participants were more likely to achieve goals than those who did not watch them.) in the intervention, the motivational group had a stronger sense of hope and a stronger goal orientation motivation. After the intervention, this kind of motivation causes the subjects to exert more effort on the goal and bring more goal to reach.) the sense of hope will directly affect the goal achievement. But the tendency motive has the intermediary function in these two. 6) the motivational group subjects watched the protagonist is pleasing. And finally achieve the goal. This will have a positive impact on the self-efficacy of the participants. And this can predict the behavior of the participants to pursue the goal and the degree of effort. 7) from the perspective of motivation, in the process of intervention. In the intervention, the video intervention of inspirational group and comedy group significantly reduced the perceived stress level.
