不同社会阶层分配公平感的研究—公正敏感性的作用

【摘要】：关于公平感,已经有相当多研究围绕着这一主题展开,但已有的研究多半都是围绕着组织公平领域,而在社会公平领域的研究则十分稀少。社会阶层这一概念也已经有悠久的历史,在政治学、社会学等学科中也有着深入的探讨,但从心理学的角度去研究社会阶层也不过是最近的事。从心理学的视角去探讨社会阶层与社会公平感的之间的关系,这样的研究可以说基本上是崭新的。而当前的中国社会,贫富差距日渐扩大,社会阶层与公平在社会的话语中越来越占有一定的分量。研究不同社会阶层的社会公平感,尤其是当中的分配公平感,越来越成为紧迫的事情。本论文就主要着重于该问题的探讨,想要了解主观社会阶层能否预测分配公平感,客观社会阶层能够预测分配公平感,且高低主客观社会阶层之间的分配公平感是否有差异。这主要是研究一的内容,通过在华中师范大学的校园内随机发放问卷的方式加以研究。研究一得出结论发现主观社会阶层能够预测分配公平感后,进一步想要弄清楚其内在机制。根据已有的关于社会阶层的社会认知倾向的研究,发现不同社会阶层有着不同的社会认知倾向,如高社会阶层是唯我主义的社会认知倾向,而低社会阶层者是情境主义的认知倾向。这种倾向可能会造成高低社会阶层的公正敏感性不同,也就是说公正敏感性在当中起着中介作用,社会阶层很可能通过通过公正敏感性去正向预测分配公平感。研究二则在研究一的基础上,试图对该模型加以验证。虽然中介效应显著,但与预测模型略有不同,社会阶层是通过公正敏感性负向预测分配公平感,只不过其效应较小,而使得社会阶层仍然能够正向预测分配公平感。目前还没有文献能合理解释这一事实。最后,从研究的方法即设计问题中提出了本研究的不足以及今后研究的设想,并说明了本研究的理论及现实意义。
[Abstract]:On the sense of fairness, there has been a considerable number of studies around this theme, but most of the existing research is around the field of organizational justice. But the research in the field of social equity is very rare. The concept of social class has a long history, in the political science, sociology and other disciplines also have a deep discussion. But it is only recent to study social stratum from the angle of psychology, and to explore the relationship between social stratum and sense of social equity from the perspective of psychology, such research can be said to be basically new. In the current Chinese society, the gap between the rich and the poor is widening day by day, and the social stratum and fairness are more and more important in the discourse of the society. In particular, the sense of fairness of distribution is becoming more and more urgent. This paper mainly focuses on the discussion of this issue, and wants to understand whether the subjective social stratum can predict the sense of fairness of distribution. Objective social stratum can predict the sense of distribution fairness, and whether there are differences in the sense of distribution fairness between high and low subjective and objective social strata. This paper studies the random distribution of questionnaires in the campus of Huazhong normal University. After finding that the subjective social stratum can predict the sense of distributive fairness, the author further wants to find out its internal mechanism. According to the existing research on social cognitive tendency of social stratum. It is found that different social strata have different social cognitive tendencies, such as higher social stratum is solipsism social cognitive tendency. The lower social stratum is the cognitive tendency of situationalism, which may lead to the difference of the justice sensitivity of the high and low social strata, that is to say, the justice sensitivity plays an intermediary role in the process. The social stratum is likely to predict the sense of distributive fairness through the sensitivity of justice. The second study tries to verify the model on the basis of the first study, although the intermediary effect is significant. However, different from the forecasting model, social strata predict the sense of fairness by negative sensitivity of justice, but its effect is small. However, there is no literature to explain the fact that the social stratum can still predict the fairness of distribution in a positive way. Finally, the deficiency of this study and the assumption of future research are put forward from the research method, namely design problem, and the theoretical and practical significance of this study is explained.
