压力与研究生自杀意念的关系及其影响机制

【摘要】：目的:探讨社交焦虑和抑郁在压力与自杀意念的关系之间的链式中介作用。方法:2016年9月采用压力性生活事件量表、社交焦虑量表、抑郁自评量表以及自杀意念量表测量了400名研究生。结果:(1)压力性生活事件与社交焦虑、抑郁、自杀意念两两之间呈显著的正相关(P0.001);(2)偏差校正的非参数百分位Bootstrap法分析表明,社交焦虑和抑郁在压力与自杀意念的关系之间的链式中介作用显著(95%置信区间为[0.022,0.054])。结论:社交焦虑和抑郁在压力与研究生自杀意念之间起链式中介作用,表明社交焦虑和抑郁是影响研究生自杀意念的重要内因,所以既要重视压力对研究生自杀意念的直接影响,也应该重视压力通过社交焦虑和抑郁对研究生自杀意念的间接影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the role of social anxiety and depression in the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. Results: there were significant positive correlations between stress life events and social anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation (P 0.001 / 2). The nonparametric percentile Bootstrap analysis showed that there was significant difference between stress life events and social anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. Social anxiety and depression play a significant role in the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. The 95% confidence interval of social anxiety and depression is [0.022] 0.054. Conclusion: social anxiety and depression play a linked role in the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. It is suggested that social anxiety and depression are the important internal causes of suicide ideation of postgraduates, so we should pay attention not only to the direct influence of stress on suicidal ideation of postgraduates, but also to the indirect effect of stress on suicidal ideation of postgraduates through social anxiety and depression.
