贵州边远地区中学生的心理健康状况调查分析

【摘要】：中学阶段是个人发展的重要时期,心理学家称之为“心理断乳时期”、“心理危机时期”。本研究对贵州省边远地区中学生心理健康状况进行调查,了解边远地区中学生心理健康状况,对改善和提高边远地区中学生心理健康水平提出自己的见解,希望能对贵州省边远地区中学生的心理健康教育提供帮助。研究结果表明:1、贵州中学生心理健康总体水平良好,中度以上问题所占比例10.5%。2、各分量表问题的严重程度排序为:情绪不平衡、焦虑、学习压力、抑郁、人际敏感、强迫、适应不良、敌对、偏执、心理不平衡。3、从民族来看,少数民族和汉族中学生在各量表上没有显著差异,总量表均分排列顺序为苗族、汉族、彝族、其他民族,苗族在总均分、学习压力、敌对、适应不良、心理不平衡量表方面高于汉族和其他民族。4、女生较男生心理状况好。性别与心理不平衡量表在0.01上显著相关。5、各年级间的心理健康总体水平差异较显著,高一年级总分均最高,高一年级是问题的多发期。(P0.01)6、学习成绩优秀的学生,心理健康状况好于成绩较差的学生,学习成绩与各量表在0.01上显著相关。7、监护人不同的中学生心理健康状况差异有统计学意义,监护人为父母的心理健康状况好于其他监护人。8、教养方式不同的中学生心理健康差异有统计学意义,放纵型、专制型教养方式的学生,心理问题多于民主型教养方式的学生。父母的管教方式除强迫量表以外,与其他分量表在0.01上显著相关。9、与心理健康有关的其他因素:家庭子女数、家庭年收入、学生的兴趣爱好和业余活动、父母文化程度等对学生的心理健康水平有影响。
[Abstract]:The middle school stage is an important period of personal development, which psychologists call "psychological weaning period" and "psychological crisis period". This study investigated the mental health status of middle school students in remote areas of Guizhou Province. To understand the mental health status of middle school students in remote areas, and to put forward their own opinions on improving and improving the mental health level of middle school students in remote areas, I hope to help the mental health education of middle school students in remote areas of Guizhou Province. The results of the study show that the overall level of mental health of middle school students in Guizhou Province is good. The proportion of moderate or above problems was 10.5. 2. The degree of severity of each subscale was as follows: emotional imbalance, anxiety, learning stress, depression, interpersonal sensitivity, compulsion, maladjustment, hostility, paranoia, psychological imbalance. There was no significant difference between the minority and Han middle school students in each scale. The order of the total average score was Miao nationality, Han nationality, Yi nationality, other nationalities, Miao nationality, learning pressure, hostility, maladjustment. The psychological disequilibrium scale was higher than that of Han nationality and other nationalities. The psychological status of female students was better than that of boys. There was a significant correlation between gender and psychological imbalance scale on 0.01. The overall level of mental health was significantly different among different grades, and the total score of grade one was the highest. The first year of senior high school is the most common period of problems. The students with excellent academic performance have better mental health than those with poor grades. There was a significant correlation between learning achievement and each scale on 0.01. The mental health status of middle school students with different guardians was significantly different. The mental health status of parents was better than that of other guardians. There were significant differences in mental health of middle school students with different upbringing styles. In addition to the obsessive-compulsive scale, the parenting style of parents was significantly correlated with other subscales on 0.01. The other factors related to mental health were: the number of family children, the annual income of the family. Students' interests and leisure activities, parents' educational level and so on have influence on the students' mental health level.
