辽宁省长途客运从业人员心理健康状况调查

【摘要】：一直以来，交通心理学领域都对驾驶员的心理健康给予高度关注，针对驾驶员心理健康的各种调查研究也很多，但很多研究结果却大不相同，还需进一步研究。而专门针对长途客运从业人员的心理健康调查研究较少，尤其是驾驶员以外的其他人员，例如乘务员和管理员。目前国内有少量对于长途客运乘务员的研究，而对于长途客运管理员的研究却几乎没有。在长途客运事故频发的当今社会，研究长途客运从业人员的心理健康对于交通安全有举足轻重的作用，若能比较各类长途客运从业人员心理健康水平的差异，就可以更有针对性的对各类人员进行适时适当的心理调节，从而提高他们的心理健康水平，，降低交通事故率，达到安全行车的最终目的。因此，本文采用问卷调查法，使用90项症状清单（SCL-90）对辽宁省长途客运从业人员心理健康进行了调查研究，研究对象包括497名驾驶员，453名乘务员和169名管理员。对他们的心理健康状况进行总体分析并对不同类别从业人员进行比较分析，得出以下几点结论： 1.辽宁省长途客运从业人员整体心理健康属于中上等水平，大部分处于心理健康水平。 2.个别长途客运从业人员表现出一定的身心不适，处于心理亚健康状态，需要辅导。 3.三类从业人员中，管理员与驾驶员的心理健康水平都好于乘务员。 4.三类从业人员中，仅在躯体化、强迫症状和恐怖三个因子上，驾驶员的心理健康水平好于管理员，管理员的心理健康水平好于乘务员，三者形成了递进关系。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the field of traffic psychology has paid great attention to the mental health of drivers, and there are a lot of investigations and studies on the mental health of drivers, but many of the results are quite different. Further research is needed. However, there are relatively few studies on mental health specifically aimed at long-distance passenger transport practitioners, especially those other than drivers, such as flight attendants and administrators. At present, there are a small number of studies on long-distance passenger flight attendants in China. However, there is almost no research on long-distance passenger transport administrators. In today's society with frequent accidents of long-distance passenger transport, the study of the mental health of long-distance passenger transport practitioners plays an important role in traffic safety. If we can compare the differences of the mental health level of all kinds of long-distance passenger transport employees, we can more pertinently and appropriately adjust the mental health of all kinds of personnel, thereby improving their mental health level and reducing the traffic accident rate. In this paper, 90 symptom lists (SCL-90) are used to investigate the mental health of long distance passenger transport workers in Liaoning Province. The subjects included 497 pilots, 453 flight attendants and 169 administrators. The mental health status of 497 pilots and 169 administrators were analyzed as a whole and the different types of employees were compared. The following conclusions were drawn:. 1. The overall mental health of long distance passenger transport workers in Liaoning Province belongs to the middle and upper class, and most of them are at the level of mental health. 2. Individual long-distance passenger transport workers show certain physical and mental discomfort, mental sub-health state, need counseling. 3. Among the three types of employees, the mental health level of administrators and drivers is better than that of flight attendants. 4. Among the three types of employees, the mental health level of the driver is better than that of the administrator, and the mental health level of the administrator is better than that of the flight attendant only in the three factors of somatization, compulsive symptom and terror.
