双文化转换和群体共情对群际关系的影响及促进机制

【摘要】:群际关系是指不同社会群体之间的相互作用,群体身份是群际关系发生的基础。对于宁夏地区的回族群体来说,他们既熟悉本民族的文化,同时也熟悉并内化了汉族文化,属于拥有两种文化框架的双文化群体。同时,研究发现群体共情是促进群际关系的重要因素。因此,研究以宁夏回族双文化个体为被试,用三个实验分别探讨了不同双文化认同整合(BII)个体的文化框架转换效应,文化框架转换效应和群体共情对群际心理距离的影响以及文化框架转换效应、群体共情和想像接触对群际帮助意愿的影响。通过三个实验的层层递进,分析了回族双文化个体对回汉两种文化的适应机制以及群际关系的促进机制。实验一通过回汉文化启动,探讨了高、低不同双文化认同整合水平(BII)个体在不同文化框架下的回汉文化行为差异,为2(双文化认同整合:高/低)X2(文化框架:回/汉)两因素被试间设计。实验二在实验一的基础上,借助文化启动和群体共情启动材料,探讨了文化框架转换效应和群体共情对内外群体心理距离的影响,是2(文化框架转换效应:有/无)X2(群体共情:有/无)X2(内外群体:内/外)的三因素完全随机实验设计。综合前两个实验的研究结果,实验三则从如何促进群际关系入手,探讨了文化框架转换效应、群体共情和想象接触对群际帮助意愿的影响,这里重点突出他文化想像接触的作用,是2(文化框架转换效应:有/无)X3(想像接触:他文化想像接触/标准想像接触/控制)X2(群体共情:有/无)三因素完全随机实验设计。综合上述三个实验,我们得到以下主要结论:(1)对于高BII个体来说,回文化下,其回文化行为得分大于汉文化行为得分。在汉文化下,汉文化行为显著大于回文化行为。对于低BII个体来说,回文化下,回文化行为得5分显著大于汉文化行为得分。在汉文化下,仍是回文化行为显著大于汉文化行为。这说明,回族高BII个体具有文化框架转换的能力,而回族低BII个体不具备文化框架转换的能力。(2)文化框架转换效应、群体共情和内外群体的主效应都显著;文化框架转换效应和内外群体的交互作用显著,当无文化框架转换效应时,与外群体相比,被试对内群体的心理距离更近;群体共情和内外群体的交互作用显著,在无共情干预的条件下,与外群体相比,被试对内群体的心理距离更近;但是,文化框架转换效应和群体共情的交互作用不显著。此外,文化框架转换效应、群体共情和内外群体三者之间的三重交互作用显著,在无框架转换效应且无共情的条件下,与外群体相比,被试对内群体的心理距离更近。该结果说明,内群体偏好对于回族双文化个体来说,是同样存在的。但是文化框架转换效应和群体共情是改善群际关系的两种很好的干预方式。(3)文化框架转换效应、群体共情和想像接触的主效应显著;文化框架转换效应和想象接触的交互作用不显著;文化框架转换效应和群体共情的交互作用不显著;想象接触和群体共情的交互作用显著,在想像接触的控制条件下,共情组的帮助意愿显著大于无共情组。该结果说明想像接触(特别是他文化想像接触)和群体共情是促进群际亲社会行为的重要措施。
[Abstract]:Intergroup relation refers to the interaction between different social groups, group identity is the foundation of intergroup relations. At the same time, the study found that the group empathy is an important factor to promote intergroup relations. The results showed that the imagination of contact (especially his cultural imagination and empathy contact) group is an important measure to promote intergroup prosocial behavior.
