不同限定条件下企业员工理性行为倾向研究

【摘要】:关于人的行为的理论探讨一直以来都是心理学研究的核心领域之一,人类的行为不是盲目的,也不是毫无规律的随机现象,在我们活动的背后存在着一系列的决定因素,诸如外部环境、内在动机、情绪情感、意志与意向等等,与之对应的心理学理论也在不断地形成与发展着。目前受到广泛关注的行为预测与解释的理论包括计划行为理论、动机相关理论以及认知加工理论等。就管理心理学而言,这门学科的一个重要任务就是研究如何让企业员工自发、自主地开展工作与学习提升,进而改善组织的工作绩效。但是在实际的管理实践中我们会发现,组织期望与员工行为之间往往存在较大差距。企业发展与员工成长都需要理性行为(目标行为)的触发与维续。本研究试图通过创建一个既有限制又有一定自主性的实验环境,观察企业员工被试的行为选择(倾向),参考应用计划行为理论、动机冲突、感觉剥夺等以往研究所取得的成果对其进行解释;通过比较,分析,尝试进一步探讨决定这些行为选择背后的心理机制,进而推断在什么情况(条件)下,人们才会表现出理性行为倾向,,为组织管理以及个人自我管理提供一定的参考依据。
[Abstract]:The theoretical study of human behavior has always been one of the core areas of psychological research. Human behavior is not blind, nor is it a random phenomenon, and there are a series of determinants behind our activities. Such as external environment, internal motivation, emotion, will and intention, and so on, the corresponding psychological theories are constantly forming and developing. At present, the theories of behavior prediction and interpretation, which have received widespread attention, include the theory of planned behavior. As far as management psychology is concerned, one of the important tasks of this discipline is to study how to make employees work and learn more spontaneously and autonomously. In order to improve the performance of the organization. But in the actual management practice, we will find, There is often a big gap between organizational expectation and employee behavior. Both enterprise development and employee growth require the trigger and continuation of rational behavior (target behavior). This study attempts to create a limited and autonomous experimental environment. Observe the behavior choice of employees (tendency, referring to the theory of applied plan behavior, motivation conflict, sensory deprivation, etc. This paper tries to further explore the psychological mechanism behind the decision of these behavior choices, and then infer under what circumstances (conditions), people will show rational behavior tendency, and provide a certain reference for organizational management and personal self-management.
