警校生警察职业成熟度问卷编制及应用

【摘要】:职业成熟度是指个体与其职业发展阶段相对应的职业发展水平,是评估个体职业发展情况的一个重要指标。但是,由于不同职业的工作内容和要求相差较大,所以,对于不同职业领域的工作者而言,现有的一般职业成熟度量表并不能精确地反映他们的职业成熟度水平,可见,对于针对特定职业领域的特殊职业成熟度量表的需求日益凸显。警察是一种特殊性强、专业要求很高的职业,警校生作为预备警官,其职业成熟度的发展水平对未来的警察工作有着十分重要的影响。编制警校生警察职业成熟度问卷不仅可以为研究警校生的警察职业成熟度发展水平提供一个有效的测量工具,还可以对职业成熟度在特殊领域的研究成果进行补充。本研究参考了国内外的部分相关研究,结合半结构化访谈的结果,初步构建了比较符合我国警校生实际、针对特定职业领域的警校生警察职业成熟度理论模型,并依此模型编制了预试问卷;然后通过对大量数据的探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,确定了问卷结构,形成了正式的警校生警察职业成熟度问卷。对问卷进行信效度检验后,将其作为测量工具,对我国警校生警察职业成熟度的发展特点进行调查,得出以下结论:(1)警校生警察职业成熟度可分成态度和能力两个维度,其中态度又分为三个因子,分别是确定性、取向性、投入度;能力又分为四个因子,分别是警察经验、体能锻炼、环境适应和警察意识。(2)本研究编制的《警校生警察职业成熟度问卷》,具备良好的信度和效度。(3)我国警校生的警察职业成熟度处于一般水平。(4)警校生警察职业成熟度随着的年级升高呈现出不规律的增长趋势,大一到大二、大三到大四的警察职业成熟度水平呈上升趋势,而大二到大三的警察职业成熟度水平则有所下降。大学三年级是警校生警察职业成熟度发展的重要时期。(5)警校生警察职业成熟度的性别差异显著,男性警校生的警察职业成熟度水平显著高于女性警校生。(6)警校生警察职业成熟度的学历差异显著,专科生的警察职业成熟度水平显著高于本科生。(7)警校生警察职业成熟度的专业性质差异显著,公安类专业的警校生的警察职业成熟度水平显著高于非公安类专业的警校生。
[Abstract]:Career maturity refers to the level of career development corresponding to the stage of individual career development, which is an important index to evaluate the situation of individual career development. For workers in different fields of occupation, the existing general career maturity scale does not accurately reflect their level of professional maturity. The demand for the special professional maturity scale for specific professional fields is increasingly prominent. Police is a profession with strong particularity and high professional requirements, and police cadets are considered as reserve police officers. The development level of its professional maturity has a very important influence on the future police work. Compiling the Police College students' Police career maturity questionnaire can not only provide an effective measurement tool for studying the police students' development level of police professional maturity. It can also supplement the research results of professional maturity in special fields. This study refers to some related studies at home and abroad, combined with the results of semi-structured interviews, and preliminarily constructs a relatively suitable for the actual situation of police academies in China. According to the theoretical model of police professional maturity of police college students in a specific occupation field, a pre-test paper is compiled according to this model, and then the questionnaire structure is determined by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of a large number of data. After testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the questionnaire is used as a measuring tool to investigate the characteristics of the development of the police professional maturity of police college students in China. The following conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) Police officers' professional maturity can be divided into two dimensions: attitude and ability, in which attitude is divided into three factors, namely certainty, orientation, and degree of input, and ability is divided into four factors, one is police experience, the other is police experience. Physical exercise, Environmental adaptation and Police Awareness. 2) the questionnaire of Police Professional maturity of Police College students developed by this study has good reliability and validity. 3) the police professional maturity of Chinese police cadets is at the general level. The degree increased irregularly with the increase of grade. The level of police professional maturity in freshmen to sophomores, junior and senior students is on the rise. However, the level of police professional maturity has declined from sophomore to junior year. The third year of university is an important period for the development of police professional maturity. The level of police professional maturity of male cadets was significantly higher than that of female cadets. The level of police professional maturity of junior college students is significantly higher than that of undergraduate students.
