医学生学业压力、职业价值观和学校归属感的相关研究

【摘要】:和一般大学生相比,医学生具有学习年限较长,学业负担重,就业压力偏大等特点。但目前关于医学生学业压力、职业价值观、及学校归属感的研究相对较少,它们的影响因素及其之间的相互关系还不清楚。因此本研究采用问卷调查的方式研究医学生学业压力、职业价值观和学校归属感的影响因素及其三者之间的关系,以及为医学校的学生压力缓解、职业价值观的培养、心理辅导等方面提供一定的借鉴意义。 本研究采用的量表有凌文辁,方俐洛和白利刚(1999)编制的《职业价值观问卷》、陈芳蓉(2010)改编的《大学生学业压力源预测问卷》、杜好强(2010)编制的《大学生学校归属感问卷》。采用方便抽样的方法对河北中医学院的学生展开调查,,选取该校具有代表性的护理、针灸推拿和中西医结合三个专业,共发放问卷594份。本研究结果显示:(1)医学生职业价值观存在性别、生源地、年级、专业等方面的差异。具体而言,女生更注重保健因素,男生更注重发展因素;相比城市学生,农村学生更注重保健因素;一年级学生比其它年级学生更注重保健因素;和其它专业相比,中西医结合专业学生更注重发展因素。(2)医学生学业压力方面存在性别、生源地、年级、专业类型等方面的差异。具体而言,男生学业压力显著大于女生;农村学生的压力显著大于城市学生;二年级学生显著大于三年级学生;中西医结合专业显著大于护理专业和针灸推拿专业。(3)医学生学校归属感存在性别、生源地、年级、专业类型等方面的差异。女生身份归属感显著大于男生;农村学生学校归属感显著大于城市学生;二年级学生学校归属感强于三年学生;中西医结合专业学生学校归属感显著大于护理专业和针灸推拿专业。(4)职业价值观、学业压力和学校归属感三者各维度之间均存在显著的相关。医学生的职业价值观和学业压力能够预测学校归属感。
[Abstract]:Compared with the general college students, medical students have the characteristics of long years of study, heavy burden of study and heavy pressure of employment.However, there are relatively few studies on academic stress, vocational values and school sense of belonging of medical students, and their influencing factors and their interrelationships are not clear.Therefore, this study uses questionnaire to study the influencing factors of medical students' academic stress, vocational values and school sense of belonging, as well as the relationship between them, as well as the relief of students' stress and the cultivation of vocational values in medical schools.Psychological counseling and other aspects to provide certain reference.The students of Hebei College of traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated by the convenient sampling method, and 594 questionnaires were sent out, which were representative nursing, acupuncture and massage and integrated Chinese and western medicine.The result of this study shows that there are differences in professional values of medical students in terms of gender, student origin, grade, specialty and so on.Specifically, girls pay more attention to health care than boys to development; rural students pay more attention to health care than urban students; first-year students pay more attention to health care than other grades; and compared to other majors,Students of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine pay more attention to the development factors. 2) there are differences in academic stress of medical students in gender, student origin, grade, specialty type and so on.Specifically, male students' academic stress is significantly greater than that of girls, rural students' stress is significantly greater than that of urban students, second grade students'is significantly greater than third grade students';The major of integrated Chinese and western medicine was significantly larger than that of nursing major and acupuncture and massage specialty. 3) there were differences in gender, student origin, grade, specialty type and so on in the sense of belonging in medical school.The sense of belonging of female students was significantly higher than that of boys, that of rural students was significantly higher than that of urban students, that of second grade students was stronger than that of students of three years.The professional values and academic pressure of medical students can predict the sense of belonging.
