大学生心理弹性现状及干预研究

【摘要】:本研究目的在于探讨当前大学生心理弹性的现状与发展特点,并采用团体心理辅导的方式来提高大学生的心理弹性水平。在大学生心理弹性现状调查阶段,采用填写调查问卷的方式搜集当前大学生心理弹性现状,通过调查得出数据,运用独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析考察大学生心理弹性现状;在团体干预阶段,根据心理弹性问卷包含的因子,设计团体干预方案,并且在认知理论的指导下进行团体干预训练,从而提升大学生心理弹性水平。本研究的主要结论有: 1大学生心理弹性水平整体较好,总均分高于理论均值。 2不同专业类型的大学生在心理弹性水平上存在着显著性差异,来自城市与来自农村的大学生的心理弹性水平差异并不显著,,在性别与单双亲上差异不显著,但是在单一维度上呈现显著差异。其中理科类专业学生的心理弹性在力量维度上显著文科类大学生,男大学生在坚韧维度上显著高于女大学生,双亲家庭成长的大学生在坚韧维度上显著高于单亲家庭成长的大学生。 3大学生心理弹性干预训练能够有效提升大学生心理弹性水平,但是在乐观维度上干预的效果并不明显。 4对于心理弹性水平中低的学生,大学生心理弹性干预训练能够极显著的提升其心理弹性水平。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the present situation and development characteristics of college students' psychological resilience, and to improve the level of college students' psychological resilience by the way of group psychological counseling.In the investigation stage of college students' psychological resilience, the present situation of college students' psychological resilience is collected by filling out the questionnaire, and the data are obtained through the investigation.Using independent sample T test and single factor analysis of variance to investigate the present situation of college students' psychological resilience, in the group intervention stage, according to the factors included in the questionnaire of psychological resilience, the group intervention scheme was designed.And under the guidance of cognitive theory, group intervention training is carried out to improve college students' psychological resilience.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1 the overall level of psychological elasticity of college students is better, the total mean score is higher than the theoretical average.(2) there were significant differences in the level of psychological elasticity between the college students of different major types, the difference of the level of psychological elasticity between the urban and the rural students was not significant, but there was no significant difference between the sex and the single parents.But there are significant differences in a single dimension.Among them, the psychological elasticity of science majors is significant in the strength dimension of liberal arts students, male students in the dimension of resilience is significantly higher than that of female students,The students growing up in two-parent families were significantly higher than those who grew up in single-parent families in the dimension of tenacity.(3) the intervention training of college students' psychological elasticity can effectively improve the level of college students' psychological elasticity, but the effect of intervention in the optimistic dimension is not obvious.4 for the students with low level of psychological elasticity, the intervention training of college students' psychological elasticity can significantly improve their level of psychological resilience.
