老乡心理效应对人际信任影响的实验研究

【摘要】:纵观中国历史,老乡观念可谓由来已久,而老乡现象也普遍存在。随着现阶段区域交流的加深,跨区域流动人口越来越多,老乡群体日益壮大,老乡现象也越来越突出,对老乡现象、老乡心理的研究应该成为中国群体心理研究的重要内容。近年来,社会上频现老乡信任危机,对老乡群体人际信任的现状有待研究。这些研究对于跨区域人口流动形成的社会问题具有一定的现实意义,有利于社会和谐建设。研究选取了大学生这一特殊的流动人口群体,考察其老乡群体的老乡心理及老乡人际信任现状。对大学生群体中的老乡心理效应的现状与特点的研究,有助于我们更好的促进学生的个体健康成长,有助于我们更好的进行学校管理。对老乡心理效应对大学生群体人际信任影响的研究则有助于我们更好的学会正确对待老乡心理效应对老乡人际信任的增进效应,不盲目的相信老乡观念的刻板印象,学会理智的进行判断。 本研究从实验研究的角度出发,考察了大学生群体(包括本科生和研究生)中老乡心理效应的总体状况,并进一步考察了老乡心理效应在年级、性别和生源地变量上的差异特点,然后探讨了老乡心理效应对大学生群体人际信任的影响情况。研究分为两个部分,第一部分为实验研究,验证性的采用经典的学习再认范式探索了老乡心理效应在大学生群体中的存在和差异情况。第二部分也为实验研究,采用信任博弈实验范式来考察老乡心理效应对大学生群体人际信任的影响及其影响的群体差异。研究发现: 1、本科生群体中存在老乡心理效应,研究生群体中也存在老乡心理效应。 2、大学生群体的老乡心理效应在年级变量上存在差异但不显著。大一学生的老乡心理效应是最强的,,研一学生次之,大三学生最低。 3、大学生群体的老乡心理效应在性别变量上差异不显著。女生的老乡心理效应要弱于男生。 4、大学生群体的老乡心理效应在生源地变量上没有显著性的差异。生源地为山东省内的学生的老乡心理效应要弱于生源地为山东省外的学生。 5、相同熟悉度的情况下,老乡心理效应对老乡的人际信任有增进效应,学生对老乡的人际信任水平高于对于非老乡的人际信任水平。老乡心理效应对大学生人际信任的影响在年级、性别和生源地变量上的差异均不显著。
[Abstract]:Throughout the history of China, the concept of townspeople can be said to have a long history, and the phenomenon of townships is also widespread.With the deepening of regional communication, there are more and more cross-regional floating population, the rural groups are growing, and the rural phenomenon is becoming more and more prominent. The study of the rural psychology should become an important content of the Chinese group psychology research.In recent years, rural trust crisis occurs frequently in the society, and the status of interpersonal trust in rural communities needs to be studied.These studies are of practical significance to the social problems formed by the cross-regional population flow and are conducive to the construction of social harmony.The study selected college students as a special floating population group to investigate the rural psychology and interpersonal trust.The study on the present situation and characteristics of the psychological effects of the fellow townspeople in the college students group will help us better promote the healthy growth of the students and help us to better carry out the school management.The study on the effect of rural psychological effect on the interpersonal trust of college students will help us learn to deal with the enhancement effect of rural psychological effect on rural interpersonal trust, and not blindly believe the stereotype of rural concept.Learn to judge rationally.From the perspective of experimental research, this study examined the general situation of the psychological effects of rural residents in college students (including undergraduates and graduate students), and further investigated the psychological effects of rural residents in grade.The differences of gender and geographical variables were analyzed, and then the influence of rural psychological effect on interpersonal trust of college students was discussed.The research is divided into two parts. The first part is an experimental study, which uses classical learning recognition paradigm to explore the existence and difference of rural psychological effect in college students.The second part is also an experimental study, which uses the trust game paradigm to investigate the effects of the rural psychological effects on the interpersonal trust of college students and the group differences.The study found that:1. There are rural psychological effects in undergraduate students and rural psychological effects in graduate students.2. The psychological effect of college students is different in grade variables, but it is not significant.The psychological effect of freshmen is the strongest, the first student is second, the junior is the lowest.3. There is no significant difference in the gender variables of the college students'rural psychological effects.The psychological effect of girls is weaker than that of boys.4. There is no significant difference in the local variables of college students.The psychological effect of students in Shandong province is weaker than that outside Shandong province.5. Under the condition of the same degree of familiarity, the psychological effect of the townspeople has an increasing effect on the interpersonal trust of the townspeople, and the level of the students' interpersonal trust to the townspeople is higher than that to the non-townspeople.The influence of rural psychological effect on interpersonal trust of college students was not significant in grade, gender and geographical variables.
