心理咨询中当事人期望的干预研究

【摘要】:咨询期望,是指当事人带入心理咨询的预先的认知与情感态度,包括对于咨询过程、效果、咨询师和当事人自身,以及有关咨询的其他任何方面(如时间设置)的认知与情感态度。已有研究表明,当事人的咨询期望既可以促进咨询进程或提高咨询效果,也可能会起到相反的作用。因此,对当事人的咨询期望进行干预,是促进咨询效果的途径之一。以往对于咨询期望的干预研究中,存在着诸多不足,如缺少相关理论的支持,使得研究结果难以令人信服。 本研究在社会影响理论的基础之上,提出了精细加工可能性模型(ELM)可能是咨询期望改变的作用机制的理论设想,并采用实验研究对这一理论设想进行验证。 本研究采用2×2×2三因素的完全随机分组实验设计,对207名被试进行实验后测,两周之后进行追踪。自变量为信息质量、个人卷入度和信息来源的可信性,每个自变量分为高、低两种水平。因变量为被试的认知反应、态度和行为倾向性,对应的测量工具分别为想法列表协议(thought-listing procedure)、语义差异量表(Semantic Differential Scaling)、信息来源可信性自评量表、行为倾向性自评量表。实验两周之后使用咨询期望量表-中文修订简明版(Expectations About Counseling-Brief Form, EAB-BF)测量被试的咨询期望的改变是否持久。 研究结果显示,信息质量对被试的认知反应、态度和行为倾向性的主效应显著;信息质量与信息来源可信性对态度的影响存在显著的交互作用。 本研究的结论为: (1)信息质量对于被试的影响是显著的,信息质量越高,被试会产生越多的赞同想法和更加积极的态度,同时也更有可能按照材料中描述的那样来参加心理咨询。反之亦然。 (2)在信息质量较高的条件下,被试态度改变会受到可信性的影响,可信性越高态度改变越明显。 (3)在可信性水平较低的条件下,信息质量的高低会影响被试的态度改变,信息质量较高时态度改变较明显。
[Abstract]:Consultation expectation refers to the prior cognition and emotional attitude of the party involved in psychological counseling, including the consultation process, the effect, the consultant and the client themselves. And any other aspects of counseling (such as time setting) about cognitive and emotional attitudes. It has been shown that the client's expectation of consultation can promote the consultation process or improve the effectiveness of the consultation, and may also play the opposite role. Therefore, it is one of the ways to promote the consultation effect to intervene the client's consultation expectation. There are many deficiencies in the previous intervention studies on consulting expectation, such as the lack of relevant theories, which makes the research results unconvincing. On the basis of the social impact theory, this paper proposes a theoretical assumption that the fine machining possibility model (ELM) may be the mechanism of consulting expectation change, and the experimental study is used to verify the theoretical assumption. In this study, a 2 脳 2 脳 2 3 factor complete randomized experimental design was used. 207 subjects were tested after the experiment and followed up two weeks later. The independent variables are the quality of information, the degree of personal involvement and the credibility of the information source. Each independent variable is divided into two levels: high and low. The dependent variables were the cognitive reaction, attitude and behavioral tendency of the subjects. The corresponding measurement tools were thought listing procedure, semantic difference Differential scaling, information source credibility self-rating scale and behavior orientation self-rating scale. After two weeks of the experiment, we used the Chinese version of the Chinese version of the expectation About form (EAB-BF) to measure whether the change in counseling expectation was lasting. The results show that the main effects of information quality on subjects' cognitive response, attitude and behavioral orientation are significant, and there is a significant interaction between information quality and credibility of information sources. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) the effect of information quality on the subjects is significant. The higher the information quality is, the more the participants will have more favorable ideas and more positive attitudes, and they are more likely to participate in psychological counseling as described in the materials. Vice versa. 2) under the condition of high information quality, the change of attitude will be influenced by credibility, and the higher the credibility, the more obvious the change of attitude is. 3) under the condition of low credibility level, the level of information quality will affect the attitude change of the subjects, and when the information quality is high, the attitude change is more obvious.
