正念训练对NAP任务和主观幸福感的影响

【摘要】:正念训练是源于东方禅修,是一种有意识、非评判的对当前状态进行注意的的心理干预方法。在临床上有很显著的疗效,而对于其产生的积极效应的研究也得到越来越广泛的关注。虽然正念训练在调节情绪和主观幸福感上的作用已经得到证实,可其具体机制还不是很清楚,为了探究短期的正念训练在促进情绪调节及增强主观幸福感的具体作用,本研究以身心健康的本科生和研究生为被试,采用实验组对照组前后测的实验设计,测量被试在消极情绪启动(NAP)任务中的得分,以及正念分数(通过FFMQ测量)和主观幸福感分数(通过SWQ测量)。实验组和控制组被试均接受为期五天,每天30分钟的干预,实验组接受的是从正念减压疗法(MBSR)中主要技术改编而来的训练方法,包括正念呼吸、身体扫描等,而控制组则进行简单的放松训练。测量分为两次进行,第一次是在干预之前,即基线水平的测量(Timel),第二次是在干预之后(Time2)。 测量结果显示,在干预之后实验组与控制组相比在NAP任务中得分显著降低。表示实验组被试更少受到情绪刺激的干扰,对所有情绪刺激都能进行开放性关注。而在正念五因素量表(FFMQ)与主观幸福感量表(SWQ)上的得分显示正念训练取得了良好的效果,在干预之后,实验组与控制组相比正念水平显著提高,主观幸福感分数也显著提高,并且表现出积极情绪的增加和消极情绪的减少,生活满意度水平也显著提高。另外,本研究对两种干预方案进行了详细的对比研究,进一步探讨短期正念训练的效果及其可行性,对进一步推广与运用正念训练有重要的实践意义。
[Abstract]:Mindfulness training is a conscious and non-critical psychological intervention method that pays attention to the current state. There is a significant clinical efficacy, and the positive effects of the research has been more and more widely concerned. Although the role of mindfulness training in regulating emotion and subjective well-being has been proved, the specific mechanism is not very clear. In order to explore the specific role of short-term mindfulness training in promoting emotional regulation and enhancing subjective well-being, In this study, undergraduates and postgraduates of physical and mental health were chosen as subjects, and the scores of negative emotion priming (NAPs) tasks were measured by the experimental design before and after the control group. And mindfulness scores (measured by FFMQ) and subjective well-being scores (measured by SWQ). Both the experimental group and the control group received 30 minutes of intervention for five days. The experimental group received training methods adapted from the main techniques of mindfulness decompression therapy (MBSRs), including mindfulness breathing, body scanning and so on. The control group was given a simple relaxation exercise. The measurements were conducted twice, the first time before the intervention, the baseline level measurement, and the second time 2 after the intervention. The results showed that the scores of NAP task in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention. The subjects in the experimental group were less disturbed by emotional stimulation and were able to focus on all emotional stimuli. The scores of FFMQ and SWQ showed that mindfulness training had a good effect. After intervention, the level of mindfulness and the score of subjective well-being in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. It also showed the increase of positive emotion and the decrease of negative emotion, and the improvement of life satisfaction level. In addition, this study makes a detailed comparative study of the two intervention schemes, and further discusses the effect and feasibility of short-term mindfulness training, which is of great practical significance for the further promotion and application of mindfulness training.
