中等职业学校新生自我和谐、焦虑和人际关系的相关研究

【摘要】:人际关系是个体在人际交往过程中通过相互作用而形成的心理关系。每个人都不可避免的生活在一定的人际关系之中,因此,个体人际关系的好坏会对其生活、学习的各方面产生深刻的影响。自我是人际关系的起点,自我和谐是用来衡量个体自我意识的重要指标,是指自我内部协调一致或个体关于自我的各种知觉之间协调一致心理现象,是物质、精神、社会、纯粹的我之间的和谐统一,是个体真实自我和理想自我之间的和谐一致。但是,由于各种因素的限制,个体很难达到真正的自我和谐的状态,而是会经常面对各种关于自我的认知上的矛盾和冲突。很多研究证实,个体内部的认知失调会使其产生焦虑等负性情绪体验。焦虑,是个体对无望感或者对潜在威胁的不可控制感的认知,是由焦急、紧张、恐惧等感受共同构成的一种复杂的情绪情感反应。以往关于这三个变量的研究很多都是以大学生作为被试所进行的,其研究结果的可推广性不强。为了更好的探讨自我和谐、焦虑和人际关系这三者之间的关系,弄清楚自我和谐和焦虑对人际关系是否存在显著性的影响及其起作用的方式,本研究选取河北省某中等职业学校2015级的所有新生作为被试,采用自我和谐量表、SCL-90中的焦虑分量表、人际关系困扰量表对其自我和谐、焦虑和人际关系情况进行测量,并将所有数据录入电脑,采用SPSS软件进行描述统计、相关分析和回归分析,结果发现:中等职业学校新生的自我和谐、焦虑和人际关系存在年龄、性别、专业、生源地、是否独生子女等维度的显著性差异。中等职业学校新生的自我和谐和焦虑、自我和谐和人际关系、焦虑和人际关系之间存在显著的正相关关系。中等职业学校新生的自我和谐和焦虑能够在一定程度上预测人际关系,且焦虑在自我和谐和人际关系间起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal relationship is a psychological relationship formed by interaction between individuals in the process of interpersonal communication. Everyone is inevitably living in a certain interpersonal relationship, therefore, the quality of individual interpersonal relationships will have a profound impact on their lives and learning aspects. Self is the starting point of interpersonal relationship, and self-harmony is an important index to measure individual self-consciousness. It refers to the psychological phenomenon of self-coordination and consistency between self-internal or individual perceptions of self, which is material, spiritual, social, and so on. The harmony and unity between the pure self is the harmony between the individual true self and the ideal self. However, due to the limitations of various factors, it is difficult for individuals to achieve real self-harmony, but often face various cognitive contradictions and conflicts about themselves. Many studies have confirmed that cognitive disorders within individuals can lead to negative emotional experiences such as anxiety. Anxiety is an individual's cognition of hopelessness or uncontrollable sense of potential threat. It is a complex emotional response composed of anxiety, tension, fear and so on. In the past, many studies on these three variables were carried out with college students as subjects, and the results were not extensible. In order to better explore the relationship among self-harmony, anxiety and interpersonal relationship, to find out whether self-harmony and anxiety have significant influence on interpersonal relationship and how they work. In this study, all the freshmen of Grade 2015 in a secondary vocational school in Hebei Province were selected as subjects. The anxiety component of SCL-90 and interpersonal relationship disturbance scale were used to measure their self-harmony, anxiety and interpersonal relationship. All the data were entered into the computer, and SPSS software was used to describe statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that the secondary vocational school freshmen's self-harmony, anxiety and interpersonal relationship existed in age, sex, specialty, student origin. Whether the only child and other dimensions of the significant difference. There is a significant positive correlation between self-harmony and anxiety, self-harmony and interpersonal relationship, anxiety and interpersonal relationship. The self-harmony and anxiety of secondary vocational school freshmen can predict interpersonal relationship to a certain extent, and anxiety plays an intermediary role between self-harmony and interpersonal relationship.
