价值观、心理成本和情绪对亲社会行为的影响

【摘要】:亲社会行为作为一种积极的社会行为,,一直是文化传统所弘扬和社会文化所提倡的高尚行为,在当今多元化的社会环境下,进一步探讨亲社会行为的表现及其影响因素在促进学术丰富、社会的发展进步方面具有积极的作用。 本研究以吉林大学在校大学生为被试,有两个实验设计。研究一探究个体价值观类型和心理成本对亲社会行为意向的影响,采用2×2混合实验设计,组间变量是价值观类型,组内变量是亲社会行为的心理成本,因变量是被试在描述的情境中自我报告的金钱捐赠数量。研究二则是在研究一考察被试亲社会行为意向的基础上,进一步探究被试亲社会行为本身。因为在真实情境中,个体要做出真实的亲社会行为决策,所以其价值观会内化成为个体的行为导向,此时个体价值观更应该称作是个体的价值取向。并且在研究一中,我们发现被试的情绪因素会对其亲社会行为表现有一定影响,所以,在研究二中我们加入了情绪因素,考察个体社会价值取向、心理成本和情绪对亲社会行为的影响。研究二采用2×2×2被试间设计,自变量是社会价值取向、心理成本和情绪,因变量是被试在模拟真实情境中金钱捐助水平。 结果表明,研究一:价值观类型对个体亲社会行为意向的影响差异显著,心理成本对个体亲社会行为意向的影响差异显著,价值观类型与心理成本的交互作用显著。研究一的结果符合实验预期。研究二:在社会价值取向的作用下,个体亲社会行为在统计学意义上呈现显著差异;在心理成本因素作用下,个体亲社会行为表现也呈现显著差异;情绪对亲社会行为的影响差异显著;价值取向、心理成本和情绪三因素交互作用显著。在三因素交互作用中,进一步做简单交互作用分析时发现:价值取向与心理成本间简单交互作用显著;心理成本与情绪间简单交互作用显著;情绪与价值取向间简单交互作用不显著。研究二的结果基本符合实验假设。 综上,本文的两个研究分别探究亲社会行为意向和亲社会行为本身,在论文内容层次安排上,选择了从意向到行为本身的递进方式。这种研究方式为以后多层次地理解大学生亲社会行为提供一种崭新视角,也为亲社会行为的理论及实证研究提供新的理据。
[Abstract]:Pro-social behavior, as a positive social behavior, has always been the noble behavior promoted by the cultural tradition and the social culture. In today's pluralistic social environment, To further explore the expression of prosocial behavior and its influencing factors in promoting academic enrichment, social development and progress has a positive role. In this study, Jilin University students as subjects, there are two experimental design. The first study was to explore the influence of individual value type and psychological cost on the intention of prosocial behavior. The design of 2 脳 2 mixed experiment showed that the inter-group variable was the value type, and the intra-group variable was the psychological cost of pro-social behavior. The dependent variable is the amount of money that the participants reported to themselves in the described situation. On the basis of investigating the intention of pro-social behavior of the subjects, the second study explored the prosocial behavior of the subjects themselves. Because in the real situation, the individual wants to make the real decision of pro-social behavior, so its values will internalize into the individual's behavior orientation, at this time, the individual value should be called the individual's value orientation. And in the first middle school, we found that the emotional factors of the subjects will have a certain impact on the behavior of their pro-social behavior. Therefore, in the second middle school, we added emotional factors to investigate the individual social value orientation. The influence of psychological cost and emotion on prosocial behavior. In the second study, the design of 2 脳 2 脳 2 subjects was used. The independent variables were social value orientation, psychological cost and emotion, and the dependent variables were the level of money donation in the simulated real situation. The results show that: first, the influence of value type on individual pro-social behavior intention is significant, psychological cost has significant influence on individual pro-social behavior intention, and the interaction between value type and psychological cost is significant. The results of study one are in line with the experimental expectation. Research 2: under the action of social value orientation, the individual pro-social behavior is statistically significant difference, under the psychological cost factor, the individual pro-social behavior performance also presents the remarkable difference; The influence of emotion on prosocial behavior was significant, and the interaction of value orientation, psychological cost and emotion was significant. In the three-factor interaction, the simple interaction between value orientation and psychological cost is significant, the simple interaction between psychological cost and emotion is significant, and the simple interaction between value orientation and psychological cost is significant. The simple interaction between emotion and value orientation is not significant. The results of study two basically accord with the experimental hypothesis. In summary, the two studies explore the intention of pro-social behavior and the pro-social behavior itself, and choose the progressive way from intention to behavior itself in the content arrangement of the paper. This research method provides a new perspective for understanding prosocial behavior of college students at different levels, and also provides new motivation for theoretical and empirical research on prosocial behavior.
