空气质量感知、怀旧对绿色消费行为的影响研究

【摘要】:怀旧指人们对过去的人、事、物以及生活环境的怀念。怀旧是人类广泛存在的心理和行为,个体在孤独、不安等消极情绪时更容易怀旧,同时怀旧有改善消极情绪、提升主观幸福感,缩短社会距离,促进人类慈善捐赠等亲社会行为的作用。近些年以雾霾天气为主要表现的空气污染增多,人们对空气质量的变化更加关注,对空气清洁的环境需求强烈,那么人们是否会在感知到雾霾天气的情况下产生更多对过去自然环境的怀念,并因为怀旧而产生更多的保护环境的意图和行为值得关注。绿色消费是人们保护环境的重要表现。绿色消费是指人们在购买、使用和处置过程中尽量减少对环境损害的高品质消费行为,绿色消费同时也是一种特殊的亲社会行为。感知空气质量的变化是否使人们更加怀旧,怀旧对绿色消费这种特殊的亲社会行为影响如何,是本研究关注的重要内容。本文针对怀旧对绿色消费行为的作用进行了三项研究:一、操纵空气质量感知(严重污染VS.空气质量优),被试被随机分配抄写空气质量情况(严重污染、空气优)的介绍,进而测试被试的怀旧状态,并探究情绪在其中所起的作用。二、操纵空气质量感知(严重污染VS.空气质量优)和怀旧水平(怀旧组VS.控制组),采用2×2被试间设计,被试被随机分配到某一实验处理,考察空气质量感知和怀旧对绿色购买行为和使用行为的影响。三、操纵怀旧水平(怀旧组VS.控制组),被试被随机分到其中一组,怀旧组通过文字触发状态型怀旧,考察在更接近真实环境下怀旧对绿色消费行为的影响。三个研究均采用实验法,研究结果如下:1.研究结果表明,抄写严重污染天气空气质量的被试比抄写空气质量优天气情况的被试更易处于消极的情绪状态,更容易怀旧,其中消极情绪在感知到严重污染天气对怀旧的影响中发挥部分中介作用。2.绿色购买行为上,怀旧的主效应显著,怀旧组的绿色购买行为显著高于控制组。空气质量感知和怀旧的交互作用不显著。绿色使用行为上,发现怀旧的主效应显著,怀旧组的绿色购买行为显著高于控制组。空气质量感知和怀旧的交互作用显著。3.在接近真实的环境中,怀旧能够促进被试的绿色消费行为。
[Abstract]:Nostalgia refers to the memory of people, things, things and living environment in the past. Nostalgia is the widespread psychology and behavior of human beings. The individual is more likely to be nostalgic when it is lonely and uneasy. At the same time, nostalgia has the role of improving the negative emotions, improving the subjective well-being, shortening the distance from the society and promoting human charity donations and other social behaviors. In recent years, the air pollution, which is mainly manifested in the haze weather, is more concerned about the change of air quality and the strong demand for the air cleaning environment. Whether people will feel more about the past natural environment in the sense of fog and haze, and the intention and action of more environmental protection because of nostalgia. Green consumption is the high quality consumption behavior of people in the process of buying, using and disposing. Green consumption is also a special kind of Pro social behavior. The perception of the change in air quality makes people more nostalgic and nostalgic to green. The influence of the special Pro social behavior on the color consumption is an important content of this study. This paper has carried out three studies on the effect of nostalgia on the action of green consumption: first, to manipulate the air quality perception (serious pollution of VS. air quality), and to be randomly assigned to the introduction of the air quality (serious pollution, air Excellence). And test the nostalgia of the subjects and explore the role of emotion in it.
