新员工心理失衡的特异性与疏解之方

【摘要】:正新员工不仅是指那些刚参加工作的毕业生,还包括在不同部门与组织间流动的职工。新员工的共同之处在于,在新的工作环境中要面临许多挑战,比如新的工作角色、新的人际关系和新的工作内容。另外,他们在获取利益的同时还会进行横向比较,当自己与其他地位较高或生活条件较好的群体相比较时,会产生需求得不到满足的心理状态,即社会相对剥夺感。心理失衡则体现为严重的社会相对剥夺感,即以他人或其他群体为参照形
[Abstract]:New hires are not just new graduates, but also employees who move across departments and organizations. What new employees have in common is that they face many challenges in the new work environment, such as new roles, new relationships, and new job content. In addition, when they get benefits, they will make horizontal comparison. When they compare themselves with other groups with higher status or better living conditions, they will produce the psychological state of unsatisfied needs, that is, the sense of social relative deprivation. Psychological imbalance is reflected in a serious sense of social relative deprivation, that is, taking others or other groups as reference forms.
