资源、未来定向应对与成年人主观幸福感的关系

【摘要】：随着积极心理学的兴起,主观幸福感作为积极心理学中的一个核心概念,越来越受到研究者的关注。资源作为影响成年人主观幸福感最重要的因素,可以分为内部资源和外部资源,同时考虑内外部资源影响的相关研究较少。未来定向应对是应对研究领域的一个新视角,研究发现,资源通过预先应对或者预防应对影响主观幸福感,但是,很少对两者共同作用的内部机制及其相对作用大小比较进行探讨,还有就是未来定向应对在资源和主观幸福感之间关系,是否存在年龄差异,目前仍缺少相关的实证研究。为深入探讨资源(乐观、社会支持和自我效能感)、未来定向应对(预先应对和预防应对)与成年人主观幸福感(生活满意度、积极情绪和消极情绪)的关系。本研究分别选取283名18~35岁的青年人,340名35~60岁的中年人,319名60~95岁的老年人为研究对象,采用《LOT-R生活取向测验》,《领悟社会支持量表》,《一般自我效能感量表》,《未来定向应对问卷》,《积极情感、消极情感量表》和《生活满意度量表》作为测量工具,得到以下研究结论:1)随着成年人年龄的增长,社会支持、自我效能感、生活满意度逐渐增加,乐观、消极情绪、预防和预先应对逐渐降低;中青年女性的生活满意度高于男性,老年女性的积极和消极情绪高于男性,女性的社会支持和自我效能感高于男性,老年男性的预先应对高于女性。2)内外部资源对不同年龄段成人的主观幸福感的预测作用不同;预先应对对成人主观幸福感的预测作用高于预防应对。3)预防应对和预先应对在资源和主观幸福感之间存在链式中介效应,验证了未来定向应对双阶段序列模型。
[Abstract]:With the rise of positive psychology, subjective well-being, as a core concept in positive psychology, has been paid more and more attention by researchers. As the most important factor affecting adult subjective well-being, resources can be divided into internal resources and external resources. Future-oriented coping is a new perspective in the field of coping research. The study found that resources affect subjective well-being through pre-coping or preventive coping, but, There is little discussion on the internal mechanism of the interaction between them and the comparison of their relative effects. There is also a lack of relevant empirical research on the relationship between resources and subjective well-being and whether there is an age difference in the future orientation coping. In order to explore the relationship between resources (optimism, social support and self-efficacy), future-oriented coping (pre-coping and preventive coping) and adult subjective well-being (life satisfaction, positive emotion and negative emotion). In this study, a total of 283 young people aged 18 to 35 years old, 340 middle aged persons aged 35 to 60 years old and 319 elderly people aged 6095 years were selected as the subjects of the study. The LOT-R Life orientation Test, the perceived Social support scale, the General Self-efficacy scale, the Future orientation coping questionnaire, the positive emotion scale, the negative emotion scale and the Life satisfaction scale were used as measurement tools. Conclusions: (1) with the increase of adult age, social support, self-efficacy, life satisfaction, optimism, negative emotion, prevention and pre-coping, the life satisfaction of young and middle-aged women was higher than that of men. The positive and negative emotions of the older women were higher than those of the males, the social support and self-efficacy of the females were higher than those of the males, and the pre-coping of the elderly males was higher than that of the females (.2) the internal and external resources had different predictive effects on the subjective well-being of adults of different ages. The predictive effect of pre-coping on subjective well-being of adults was higher than that of preventive coping .3) there was a chain intermediary effect between resources and subjective well-being in pre-coping and pre-coping, which verified the two-stage sequence model of directed coping in the future.
