情绪研究方法

【摘要】：情绪作为一种心理现象受到越来越多的研究者的重视,自詹姆士的情绪外周理论以来,情绪的神经机制问题已开始得到各研究领域的研究者的关注,到20世纪60年代,情绪心理学得到了广泛的发展。80年代以后情绪的实验研究已经成为研究的主要手段,并出现了大量的成果。同时,人们对自然和社会的认识也随着方法的进步而越来越深刻的。尤其是近几年来,随着科学技术的发展与进步,与情绪相关的脑科学研究已经成为情绪研究的热门课题。例如,人们利用各种脑成像技术对情绪进行研究并得到了大量的研究成果,使人们对情绪的神经机制有了更为深刻的了解。但是由于情绪本身的复杂性使得对情绪的研究工作的开展存在一定的难度,如目前公认的情绪的成分包括生理唤醒、主观体验和外部表现三种成分,要想对情绪进行精确的研究就需要确定情绪发生时这三种情绪成分之间的关系,然而我们知道这三种情绪成分并不是独立存在的而是彼此相互影响相互制约的,因此想要弄清楚情绪这三种成分之间的确切的关系是很困难的,即使如此研究者们依然未减退对情绪的研究,他们不断探索、不断尝试,创造出了很多研究情绪的理论与方法。不同的理论对情绪研究的侧重点不一样,因此采用的研究方法也各异。介于目前有越来越多的研究者开始重视对情绪的研究以及情绪研究方法的不断革新,但是尚缺乏对情绪研究方法进行系统的梳理的文献或著作,因此,笔者认为有必要对情绪的研究方法进行系统的论述以为该领域的研究者提供一定的参考与指导,于是笔者着手写了本研究。本研究主要采用查阅、搜集并整理相关文献资料的方法对情绪研究方法进行论述的,笔者首先简要概述了一下情绪的定义和分类,接着从情绪研究变量的角度阐述了不同情绪研究取向采用的研究方法,最后从情绪的诱发方法、情绪刺激材料的研究进展、情绪的测量方法以及情绪研究技术这四个方面来探讨情绪研究
[Abstract]:As a psychological phenomenon, more and more researchers pay attention to emotion. Since James' Theory of emotional Peripheral, the issue of emotional neural mechanism has been concerned by researchers in various fields, until the 1960s. Emotional psychology has been widely developed. Since 1980s, the experimental study of emotion has become the main means of research, and a large number of results have emerged. At the same time, people's understanding of nature and society is more and more profound with the progress of methods. Especially in recent years, with the development and progress of science and technology, emotional related brain science research has become a hot topic in emotional research. For example, people use various brain imaging techniques to study emotion and get a lot of research results, so that people have a deeper understanding of the neuromechanism of emotion. However, due to the complexity of emotion itself, it is difficult to carry out the research work on emotion. For example, the components of emotion that are recognized at present include physiological arousal, subjective experience and external performance. To study emotions accurately, we need to determine the relationship between the three emotional components when they occur. However, we know that these three emotional components are not independent, but interact with each other and restrict each other. Therefore, it is very difficult to find out the exact relationship between the three components of emotion. Even so, the researchers have not abated their research on emotion, they have been exploring, trying and creating a lot of theories and methods to study emotion. Different theories have different emphases on emotion, so the research methods are different. At present, more and more researchers begin to attach importance to the study of emotion and the innovation of emotional research methods, but there is still a lack of literature or works that systematically comb the research methods of emotion, so, The author thinks that it is necessary to systematically discuss the research methods of emotion for the researchers in this field to provide a certain reference and guidance, so the author began to write this study. This research mainly uses the method of consulting, collecting and arranging the relevant literature to discuss the method of emotion research. Firstly, the author briefly summarizes the definition and classification of emotion. Then, from the perspective of emotional research variables, the research methods used in different emotional research orientations are described. Finally, the research progress of emotional stimulation materials is discussed from the perspective of emotional induction methods and emotional stimulation materials.
