权力感对建议寻求的影响:自信和谦卑的作用

【摘要】：为了探讨权力感对建议寻求的影响,及其中介机制和边界条件。研究一基于组织背景,采用问卷调查的方式对102名企业员工进行了施测,初步发现了权力感、自信及建议寻求行为之间的关系。研究二以119名学生为被试,采用实验的方式,再次验证了三者之间的关系。研究三以179名学生为被试,采用实验的方法,发现了谦卑对"权力感-自信-建议寻求"关系的负向调节效应。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the influence of power sense on suggestion seeking, its intermediary mechanism and boundary conditions. In the first study, 102 employees were tested by questionnaire based on organizational background, and the relationship among power, self-confidence and suggestion seeking behavior was preliminarily found. In the second study, 119 students were selected as subjects, and the relationship between them was verified again by means of experiments. In the third study, 179 students were used to find the negative regulatory effect of humility on the relationship between "power sense, self-confidence and suggestion seeking".
