【摘要】：在"一带一路"的战略背景下,陆地边疆在国家政治地理空间中的价值日益凸显,在国家全面发展和整体安全中的地位愈发突出。置于国家政治地理空间视域下,立足于回顾历史、着力现实、面向未来,审视陆地边疆在国家治理现代化进程中的战略定位,至少包括:国家全面发展的拓展空间;国际交流交往的重要通道;国际地缘关系的战略重心;国家安全防卫的缓冲地带;国家利益链条的关键环节;国家战略资源的储备区域。以上6个战略定位不是一种孤立存在,而是一种相辅相成的整体关系。
