郑州口岸在“一带一路”建设中的机遇与挑战

【摘要】:郑州原有的地理区位优势、交通枢纽地位、人力资源优势为郑州口岸发展物流业和承接东部产业转移提供了强劲竞争力,同时,口岸的建设也促进郑州招商引资规模和进出口贸易的增长及产业结构的优化。在新一轮对外开放和"一带一路"战略中,郑州口岸在贸易畅通和设施相通等方面依然存在瓶颈,并且出现口岸建设与本土原有优势经济脱钩的现象。郑州口岸应统筹兼顾新老产业的过渡转型,发挥交通地理优势全力打造物流业,发挥人力资源优势吸引出口加工业,重视市场化运行促进口岸的长期发展。
[Abstract]:Zhengzhou's original geographical location advantages, transportation hub status, human resources advantages for Zhengzhou port to develop logistics industry and undertake the transfer of eastern industries to provide a strong competitiveness at the same time. The construction of ports has also promoted the growth of the scale of investment and import and export trade and the optimization of industrial structure in Zhengzhou. In the new round of opening to the outside world and the "Belt and Road" strategy. There are still bottlenecks in the aspects of smooth trade and common facilities at Zhengzhou Port, and the phenomenon of port construction decoupling from the native superior economy. Zhengzhou Port should take into account the transition of new and old industries as a whole. Give full play to the advantages of transportation geography to create logistics industry, to play the advantage of human resources to attract the export processing industry, to attach importance to market-oriented operation to promote the long-term development of ports.
