创业导向、战略创业和企业国际创业绩效关系研究

【摘要】：全球化深入发展以及“一带一路”战略的推动,创业活动表现出了强烈的国际创业发展的趋势。企业将实施创业作为其保持持续发展的新的途径,而且目前企业创业活动逐步向国外聚焦,掀起了国际创业的热潮。所以,国际创业的研究成为学术界关注的热点,并且取得了丰富的研究成果。市场竞争更加激烈,技术变革速度加快,国际局势动荡不安,企业需要面临更多的不确定性。为了更好的管理这些不确定性企业要在吸收运用已有资源和能力的同时建立起一种能够快速响应动态环境的创业模式。所以,企业的创业能力、战略等成为企业持续发展的关键。传统创业研究关注的焦点是创新,其逻辑起点就是机会识别和开发,显然已经无法适应当前的经济环境。为了适应更为动态的环境,学者们将研究方向逐渐聚焦于战略研究和创业研究融合—战略创业。战略创业指导企业发现有竞争优势并探索新的成长机会,通过建立持续的创新流获取长期的竞争优势,实现企业的价值创生和财富创造的最大化。本文以战略创业为切入点,深入研究创业导向、战略创业和国际创业绩效的关系。目前,学者们对于创业导向与国际创业绩效的关系进行了大量的研究,对于二者关系也给出了不同的作用模式,有些学者认为创业导向对于绩效的作用需要基于不同情景进行具体分析,有些学者认为创业导向对于国际创业绩效具有积极促进作用。本研究发现创业导向对于国际创业绩效具有促进作用。目前,战略创业和组织绩效关系相关的实证研究还比较缺乏,但是学者们对于战略创业能够提升企业绩效持一致观点,战略创业作为一种创新新的企业行为模式能够应用到企业国际创业中,将能够为企业的国际化提供一种新的驱动模式。本研究将战略创业的维度界定为自适应性、自主变革、风险预估和多样化创新四个维度,国际创业划分为财务和非财务两个维度,创业导向采用了创新性、风险承担性和先动性的三维度结构。通过对于山东、吉林、北京等地的企业进行问卷调研,然后对于数据使用SPSS 20.0进行了分析发现创业导向对于国际创业具有积极影响,战略创业对于国际创业绩效具有积极影响,战略创业的自适应性能对于创业导向和国际创业绩效进行调节。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of globalization and the promotion of "Belt and Road" strategy, entrepreneurial activities show a strong trend of international entrepreneurial development. Enterprises take the implementation of entrepreneurship as a new way to maintain sustainable development. At present, the entrepreneurial activities of enterprises focus on foreign countries gradually, which set off the upsurge of international entrepreneurship. Therefore, the research of international entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in academic circles. And has obtained the rich research result. The market competition is more intense, the technological transformation speed is quickened, the international situation is unstable. Enterprises need to face more uncertainties. In order to better manage these uncertainties enterprises should absorb and use the existing resources and capabilities while establishing a business model that can quickly respond to the dynamic environment. The entrepreneurial ability and strategy of enterprises become the key to the sustainable development of enterprises. The focus of traditional entrepreneurial research is innovation, and its logical starting point is opportunity identification and development. Obviously, it is no longer suitable for the current economic environment. In order to adapt to a more dynamic environment. Scholars will gradually focus on strategic research and entrepreneurial research integration-strategic entrepreneurship. Strategic entrepreneurship guidance enterprises to find competitive advantages and explore new opportunities for growth. Through the establishment of a sustained stream of innovation to obtain long-term competitive advantage, to achieve the value creation and wealth creation maximization. This paper takes strategic entrepreneurship as the starting point, in-depth research entrepreneurial orientation. The relationship between strategic entrepreneurship and international entrepreneurial performance. At present, scholars have done a lot of research on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and international entrepreneurial performance. Some scholars believe that the role of entrepreneurial orientation in performance needs to be analyzed based on different scenarios. Some scholars believe that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive role in promoting international entrepreneurial performance. This study found that entrepreneurial orientation can promote international entrepreneurial performance. There is still a lack of empirical research on the relationship between strategic entrepreneurship and organizational performance, but scholars hold a consistent view that strategic entrepreneurship can improve enterprise performance. As an innovative new enterprise behavior model, strategic entrepreneurship can be applied to international entrepreneurship. This study defines the dimensions of strategic entrepreneurship as adaptive, independent change, risk estimation and diversification innovation. International entrepreneurship is divided into two dimensions, financial and non-financial, entrepreneurial orientation adopts innovative, risk-bearing and proactive three-dimensional structure. Through the survey of enterprises in Shandong, Jilin, Beijing and other places. Then we analyze the data using SPSS 20.0 and find that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive impact on international entrepreneurship and strategic entrepreneurship has a positive impact on international entrepreneurial performance. The adaptive performance of strategic entrepreneurship regulates entrepreneurial orientation and international entrepreneurial performance.
