文明对话、文化合作与对“一带一路”倡议的哲学反思

【摘要】："文化"作为一个族群的生活方式、价值取向和行为取向以及由此渐成的具体思维方式和思想规范系统,约制了此后的发展,这就是"文明"。文明冲突可分为本质冲突和利益冲突。概念、信仰的差别性,是文明冲突的重要原因。但更重要的是,这些概念和信仰,与人的实际利益、欲望情感是相联系的。文明对话的主要目标,在于通过概念、信仰体系的沟通,避免实质冲突,通向一个更为融通的思想体系和价值系统;另一个更核心的目标,在于消除文明之间已有的实质冲突,或至少获得合理的解决方案。对话不单纯是概念的沟通,还要托身于对话传统中的认知力、包容力和对矛盾的化解能力。对话必须循守两条基本原则:必须认识人类有共同的生命根源,必须认识人类个别的最终理想具有共通性。中华文明具有支撑这种深度文明对话的品质,今天中国提出的"一带一路"倡议是人类文明发展的更佳途径与方法。
[Abstract]:"Culture", as a way of life, value orientation and behavior orientation of an ethnic group, as well as the concrete mode of thinking and the system of ideological norms gradually formed, have restricted the subsequent development. This is the "civilization". The clash of civilizations can be divided into essential conflicts and conflicts of interest. The difference in concepts and beliefs is an important reason for the clash of civilizations. But more importantly, these concepts and beliefs have a bearing on the actual interests of human beings. Desire and emotion are linked. The main goal of civilized dialogue is to avoid substantive conflicts through the communication of concepts and belief systems, leading to a more integrated system of thought and value, and a more central goal. Dialogue is not just conceptual communication, but also the cognitive power of the tradition of dialogue. Tolerance and the ability to resolve contradictions. Dialogue must adhere to two fundamental principles: the need to recognize the common root causes of human life, It is necessary to realize that the individual ultimate ideal of mankind is common. The Chinese civilization has the quality of supporting this kind of deep civilized dialogue. The "Belt and Road" initiative put forward by China today is a better way and method for the development of human civilization.
