对外投资离不开国际法护航

【摘要】：可持续发展原则在很多对外投资的协定中都体现出来了,包括近几年的经济北约,也多次提及将可持续发展原则作为价值目标。此外,很多的欧美国家在最新的投资协定中都加强了对环境保护方面的落实,说明了可持续发展原则的国际法依据已经是大势所趋了。随着"一带一路"倡议的提出与推进,在对外投资中将会进一步具体化可持续发展原则。
[Abstract]:The principle of sustainable development has been reflected in many agreements on outward investment, including economic NATO in recent years, which has repeatedly referred to the principle of sustainable development as a value objective. Many European and American countries have strengthened the implementation of environmental protection in their latest investment agreements, which shows that the basis of international law for the principle of sustainable development has become a general trend. The principle of sustainable development will be further concretized in foreign investment.
