释意理论关照下外事口译的难点及其策略分析

【摘要】：本文是在笔者实习期间积累的丰富口译资料的基础上,结合释意理论的指导所撰写的关于外事口译中典型困难分析及解决方法探寻的实践报告。随着全球化的发展,外事口译作为口译中的一个特殊领域越来越受到人们的重视。外事口译员作为国家政府间沟通交往的桥梁,在外事活动中肩负着重任,扮演着重要的角色。在国际舞台上,外事口译员作为交流的媒介不仅使各国加强了相互间的友好交往,商品之间的互通有无,文化之间的相互包容与吸收,也使得各国人民受益匪浅,因此外事口译的重要性日益彰显。各国翻译界也有诸多关于外事口译的研究。就我国而言,口译人才的需求量也非常大,尤其在当下习主席提出的“一带一路”倡议下,国际交流愈加频繁,对外事口译员的人才需求与日俱增,与此同时,外事口译员心理素质、专业技能的培养更是势在必行。本实践报告基于以上因素,并结合笔者于2016年3月1日至2016年7月8日在陕西省政府外事办公室所做的外事陪同翻译,会见翻译、宴会翻译、会议翻译中所积累的资料以及翻译实践经验与心得,同时也参考了部分笔者在专业硕士学习两年以来所积累的资料和实践总结,以此作为研究外事口译的资料,将释意理论的核心“意义对等”,三步骤“话语阐释、脱离语言外壳、重新表达”以及补充知识、认知语境作为理论指导,以实例分析为导向,主要将外事口译中的难题进行汇总,再从微观层面一一着手分析难点,从多个角度出发,对外事口译中的应对策略进行探讨。本文采用理论与实际结合的方法,从实战角度总结外事口译的常见问题及其应对策略,不仅证明了该理论对外事口译的指导作用,也为外事口译中一些常见难题的解决提供了一定的思路。
[Abstract]:This paper is a practical report on the analysis of typical difficulties and the exploration of solutions in foreign affairs interpretation based on the abundant interpreting materials accumulated during the practice. With the development of globalization, this paper is a practical report on the analysis of typical difficulties and the exploration of solutions in foreign affairs interpretation under the guidance of interpretive theory. As a special field in interpreting, foreign affairs interpreters, as a bridge of communication between governments, play an important role in foreign affairs activities. As a medium of communication, foreign interpreters not only enhance the friendly exchanges among countries, the exchange of goods between goods, and the mutual inclusion and absorption of cultures, but also benefit the peoples of all countries, As a result, the importance of foreign interpretation is becoming more and more obvious. There are also many studies on foreign interpretation in various countries. As far as China is concerned, there is a great demand for interpreters, especially at the initiative of "Belt and Road" put forward by President Xi. International communication is becoming more frequent and the demand for foreign interpreters is increasing. At the same time, it is imperative to cultivate the psychological quality and professional skills of foreign interpreters. From March 1st 2016 to July 8th 2016, the author has done the translation of foreign affairs accompanying translation, meeting translation, banquet translation, conference translation, translation experience and experience in Shaanxi Provincial Government Foreign Affairs Office. At the same time, the author also refers to some of the materials and the summary of practice accumulated by the author during his two years of professional master's study, which is used as the research material for the interpretation of foreign affairs. The core of the interpretation theory is "meaning equivalence", "three-step" discourse interpretation, which is separated from the language shell. Reexpressing "and supplementary knowledge, cognitive context as theoretical guidance, case analysis as the guide, mainly to summarize the difficulties in foreign interpretation, and then from the micro level to analyze the difficulties, from a number of angles." This paper, by combining theory with practice, summarizes the common problems and strategies of foreign affairs interpretation from the angle of actual combat, which not only proves the guiding role of the theory to foreign affairs interpretation. It also provides some ideas for solving some common problems in foreign affairs interpretation.
