高等教育在“一带一路”战略中应有所作为——试论开展“‘一带一路’研究区”建设的必要性与可能性

【摘要】：人才流动对于创新知识生产和创新人才培养具有关键意义。当前时期,在"一带一路"战略背景下,中国高等教育应主动融入、有所作为。借鉴过去15年间欧洲研究区的建设经验,本研究大胆提出构建以中国为主导、打通亚欧板块东西走向人才流动长廊的"‘一带一路’研究区"战略构想,结合对欧洲研究区相关改革实践的比较研究,从重要性、可能性和可行性方面做出了系统回答。
[Abstract]:The flow of talents is of key significance to the production of innovative knowledge and the cultivation of innovative talents. In the present period, under the strategic background of "Belt and Road", Chinese higher education should be actively integrated. Learning from the experience of the construction of the European Research area in the past 15 years, this study boldly proposes the strategic concept of "Belt and Road" research area, which is based on China and opens the east-west direction of the Eurasian plate to the corridor of talent flow. Based on the comparative study of the relevant reform practices in the European Research area, this paper makes a systematic answer from the aspects of importance, possibility and feasibility.
