国内英语教师转型为国际汉语教师培训方案研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着国家“一带一路”战略的全面推广,人民币在SDR的成功加入,汉语在世界范围内也受到了越来越多的关注与学习,这也推动了汉语教师需求量的激增。但与之相矛盾的是,国内高校汉语国际教育专业毕业生却有很大比例因自身外语能力薄弱,难以满足汉语国际推广的要求,而无法投身汉语国际教育事业。教师人才的大面积缺口已成为汉语国际教育事业发展的最大障碍之一。国内英语教师具有外语语言运用能力强,跨文化交际能力突出等优势,引导更多英语教师转型为汉语国际教师可有效缓解汉语国际教育人才缺口压力,也可为英语教师开拓全新的发展方向。但目前这种互益的人才流动并未规模化发生,由此可推断英语教师转型国际汉语教师存在诸多问题和能力短板。本研究便针对国内英语教师转型国际汉语教师这一人才流动趋势,以问卷调查及教师访谈等定量、定性相结合的分析手段,从转型意愿度、可行性、及转型障碍等方面逐一调研,理清英语教师转型国际汉语教师所面临的具体问题,及自身需要改进提高的具体能力,并寻求针对性的解决策略,制定符合其能力特点的培训方案。从而帮助英语教师更高效地转型,缓解汉语国际教育人才缺口,促进汉语国际推广事业的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the comprehensive promotion of the national "Belt and Road" strategy and the successful entry of RMB into the SDR, Chinese has received more and more attention and learning worldwide. This has also contributed to the surge in the demand for Chinese language teachers. However, paradoxically, a large proportion of the graduates majoring in international Chinese education in domestic colleges and universities are unable to meet the requirements of the international promotion of Chinese because of their weak foreign language skills. However, the large gap in teachers' talents has become one of the biggest obstacles to the development of Chinese international education. English teachers in China have the advantages of strong ability to use foreign languages and outstanding intercultural communication ability. Guiding more English teachers to become international Chinese teachers can effectively relieve the pressure of talent gap in Chinese international education and open up a new development direction for English teachers. But at present, this kind of mutual beneficial talent flow has not taken place on a large scale. From this, we can infer that there are many problems and inadequacies in the transition of English teachers to international Chinese teachers. The qualitative analysis means, from the aspects of willingness, feasibility and obstacles of transition, are one by one to clarify the specific problems faced by English teachers in transforming into international Chinese teachers, and the specific ability that they need to improve. This paper also aims at solving the problem and making the training program which is suitable to the characteristics of English teachers, so as to help English teachers transform more efficiently, alleviate the talent gap of Chinese international education, and promote the development of Chinese international promotion.
