中老铁路运输通道发展对策研究

【摘要】：中老铁路运输通道是泛亚铁路中线的重要组成部分,不仅可以有效缓解我国与东盟国家间交通不畅的瓶颈,而且加快提升我国与"一带一路"沿线国家的互联互通水平。在分析中老铁路运输通道发展现状基础上,通过分析中老铁路运输通道影响因素,对中老铁路运输通道货运分担率进行预测。在此基础上,针对中老铁路运输通道多式联运发展面临的挑战,探讨中老铁路通道多式联运发展对策,即引入第四方物流运作模式、优先发展铁路集装箱多式联运、构建"互联网+多式联运"信息平台,为中老铁路运输通道多式联运发展提供支撑。
[Abstract]:The Sino-Lao railway transport corridor is an important part of the Trans-Asian Railway, which not only effectively alleviates the bottleneck of traffic between China and ASEAN countries. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of the Sino-Lao railway transport corridor, through the analysis of the influence factors of the Sino-old railway transport corridor, the paper also speeds up the upgrading of the level of connectivity between China and the countries along the route of "Belt and Road". On the basis of forecasting the freight share rate of Chinese and Lao railway transportation channels, aiming at the challenges faced by the development of multimodal transport transport, this paper probes into the development countermeasures of multimodal transport, that is, the introduction of the fourth party logistics operation mode, in view of the challenges faced by the development of multimodal transport in railway corridors between China and Laos. Priority should be given to the development of railway container multimodal transport and the construction of "Internet multimodal transport" information platform to provide support for the development of multimodal transport in railway transport channels between China and Laos.
