巴基斯坦高等教育发展现状与前景——访问巴基斯坦的调查报告

【摘要】：在"一带一路"和"中巴经济走廊"倡议的背景下,中国高等教育学会代表团前往巴基斯坦出席巴中联合主办的首届巴中学术论坛,并访问了6所代表性大学。通过此次访问,了解到巴基斯坦高等教育自2002年高等教育委员会(HEC)成立后进入快速发展的轨道,高等教育质量得到了较大提升,但也面临着高等教育投入较少、区域发展不均衡、性别比例差异大等问题。所访问的6所不同类型的大学,近年来取得较大的发展成就,与中国大学建立了多种合作关系。中方代表分享了中国高等教育跨越式发展、质量提升的国家行动、区域协调以及大学的案例等方面的经验。最后,分析阐述了中巴经济走廊的四维螺旋式支持模型、HEC高等教育发展规划以及中巴在学术合作与交流上的构想。
[Abstract]:In the context of the "Belt and Road" and "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor" initiative, the delegation of the China Institute of higher Education went to Pakistan to attend the first Pakistan-China academic Forum jointly hosted by Pakistan and China, and visited six representative universities. Aware that higher education in Pakistan has entered the track of rapid development since the establishment of the higher Education Commission in 2002, and that the quality of higher education has been greatly improved, but it is also faced with less investment in higher education and uneven regional development, The six different types of universities visited have made great achievements in recent years and have established a variety of cooperative relations with Chinese universities. The representative of China shared the leapfrog development of higher education in China. Experience in improving national action, regional coordination and university cases. Finally, This paper analyzes and expounds the four dimensional helical support model of China-Pakistan economic corridor and the development plan of HEC higher education and the conception of academic cooperation and exchange between China and Brazil.
