【摘要】：2016中国—东盟动物疫病防控研讨会由中国农业部对外合作司、广西壮族自治区科学技术厅和广西壮族自治区水产畜牧兽医局主办,广西兽医研究所承办。作为中国与东盟以及一带一路沿线国家进行动物疫病防控技术交流的平台,该研讨会旨在促进区域动物疫病防控和畜牧养殖技术的发展,推广优秀的动物疫病防控企业,提升区域经济实效和学术交流,如今已成功举办至第七届。应兽医研究所的要求,广西大学外国语学院派遣笔者担任本次研讨会的口译工作。本文采用翻译实践报告的形式,从项目描述、译前准备、口译分析、口译质量评估和结论五个章节对本次实践过程进行研究。第一章对任务背景和过程进行了介绍。第二章详细描述了译前准备过程,包括长期准备和短期准备。第三章分为中译英和英译中两个部分,将口译过程中遇到的问题与口译理论相结合,以释意理论为指导讨论如何应对发言者逻辑混乱、信息重复、语法句法错误、句子不完整等问题;通过Daniel Gile和Roderick Jones提出的口译应对策略讨论如何处理发言者的语音变体问题,并运用译员角色相关理论讨论译员在口译过程中起到的协调作用。第四章和第五章对本次任务进行了多方面的评估并总结得出本文的结论。值得注意的是,本次会议语料带有鲜明的地方语音特色,具有较高的分析价值,希望本课题能为口译研究及地方性翻译人才培养提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The 2016 China-ASEAN Symposium on Prevention and Control of Animal Diseases was sponsored by the Department of Foreign Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Department of Science and Technology of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region and the Bureau of Fisheries, Livestock and Veterinary Medicine of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region. Guangxi Veterinary Research Institute. As a platform for the exchange of animal disease prevention and control technology between China and ASEAN and countries along Belt and Road, the seminar aims to promote the development of regional animal disease prevention and control and animal husbandry techniques. To promote excellent animal disease prevention and control enterprises, to enhance regional economic effectiveness and academic exchanges, which have now been successfully held to the seventh session. At the request of the Veterinary Research Institute, The author of the Foreign language School of Guangxi University is assigned to the interpretation work of this seminar. This paper adopts the translation practice report form, from the project description, the pre-translation preparation, the interpretation analysis, Chapter one introduces the background and process of the task. Chapter two describes the process of pre-translation preparation in detail. The third chapter is divided into two parts: C-E and C-E, which combine the problems encountered in the interpretation process with the interpretation theory, and discuss how to deal with the speaker's logic confusion and information repetition under the guidance of interpretation theory. Syntactic errors, incomplete sentences, and how to deal with the phonetic variants of speakers are discussed through the strategies proposed by Daniel Gile and Roderick Jones. Using the theory of interpreter role correlation, the author discusses the coordinating role played by interpreters in the process of interpreting. Chapter four and chapter five make a multi-faceted assessment of the task and draw the conclusion of this paper. The corpus of this meeting has distinct local phonetic characteristics and has high analytical value. It is hoped that this topic can provide some reference for interpreting research and local translation talent training.
