中等强国:“一带一路”合作与建设的重要伙伴

【摘要】："一带一路"建设串联起从东北亚到欧洲的多个区域、覆盖众多国家,"一带一路"上有部分中等强国,他们虽然不具备比肩媲美大国的影响和实力,却也拥有超越普通中小国家的资源禀赋。因此,在实施"一带一路"倡议时,应该充分发挥中等强国对其邻国的高能量磁场吸附功用,以中等强国为抓手和支点推进中国与"一带一路"沿线和相关国家产能转移和装备制造合作,进而提升"一带一路"建设的精准度和费效比。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" began in a number of regions from Northeast Asia to Europe, covering many countries. There are some middle powers on "Belt and Road," although they do not have the influence and strength to match the great powers. Therefore, in implementing the "Belt and Road" initiative, it is necessary to give full play to the high energy magnetic field adsorption function of the middle and powerful countries to their neighbors. With the middle power as the grip and fulcrum, China will push forward the production capacity transfer and equipment manufacturing cooperation between China and the "Belt and Road" and related countries, thus enhancing the accuracy and cost-efficiency ratio of the "Belt and Road" construction.
